Scheduled an appointment over the phone making sure I was still covered for extended service for oil change. Checked in Wednesday the 29. While the technician was there a young man who checked me out-I asked about my oil change and he replied that rotation was the MINIMUM required of the service department! To say the least I am deeply disappointed in the effort and total waste of my time . Plus one of my remaining service calls was charged for a simple tire rotation! More
