Some are better than others obviously but Angie just talks to you like she’s known you for years. Very welcoming and professional. I would also like to extend a comment to the lady in the snack bar. First time I’ve seen her. Seemed maybe Hispanic, short and maybe in her fifties. She was awesome! Very talkative and joking. So pleasant to us. Like it was her kitchen at home and you were visiting her house. Please give her an “at-a-girl” for me. Also like for you to thank Kim Boone. I’ve gotten to know him over the years. He always hollers at me when I come in. Makes you feel like a long lost cousin. He’s fantastic. I also got a short visit from one of your new people. A young kid named Trevor. I’ve forgotten his last name. Known him since he was little. I guess going to the bathroom but he approaches me. Been awhile since I seen him. So pleasant comes up and shake as my hand. I didn’t know he worked there but what a nice reunion. The folks in the waiting room peered at him with respect. Young man like that working with such good manners, respect and adult behavior. A really awesome and friendly day at greens. Everyone there noticed your employees. They represent you well. I’m having service again tomorrow. I’ll be going to Angie and I’ll be getting breakfast from that lady hopefully and maybe Kim and Trevor get to work in my highlander. Thanks!!!!! More
Great Service From the minute I pull up to the service bay I'm greeted by name. Each person in the service dept is welcoming and friendly. The waiting area is clean and spacious - and I enjoyed the free drink. My car was thoroughly checked out for our upcoming trip, and I received documents for my glove box that outlined - clearly - what was done and how my car checked out. I bought my Rav4 here at Greens and always return here for my routine service checks. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! More

Regular Service Appointment My appt. was at 10:30 and I was a little early. I pulled into the doors to the right and went to the desk and no other customers were there. The woman working this desk, said she really needed to finish up what she was working on and asked me to go to the desks in the other room, which I did. The woman that helped me there was very friendly and efficient.I I did want to mention something not related to this service call. Several months back I started getting emails from someone named Kristen at Green's Toyota about bringing my vehicle in for service. According to the sticker on my windshield, it wasn't time to bring it in. After receiving 4 more emails from Kristen, I emailed her back and said it wasn't time for me to bring it in and told her I would call closer to that date. About a week before it was time, I got another so from Kristen asking if I was ready to schedule. I emailed her back suggesting several dates and when I didn't get an answer, I sent another email to ask if she had set up an appt. She answered back and said I would need to call her to set up an appt. Really! Why bother doing all that if you can't confirm an appt by email! More
