I had a 10a appointment for my 6 month planned maintenance. When I arrived there were cars backed up some 3 deep at each bay door. I had another appointment to get to (not expecting this delay a maintenance. When I arrived there were cars backed up some 3 deep at each bay door. I explained my situation. He expedited my check-in, and I was able to get to my other appointment in a timely manner. I appreciate this customer first response and it made my day go very well. More
