Very customer focused service department Katie and Jamie were great to work with, very professional and responsive. It is simply a design flaw with the placement of the mic adjacent to the sun roof in my 2018 RAV4. I left off 1 star only because the issue cannot be resolved. Wait time was a little long! The wait time is a little long for anything you have done. I had an oil change and tires rotated a couple of weeks ago and it was a 2 hour wait. I had a door lock replaced last Thursday and another 2 hour wait. I didn't just show up at the dealership, I had an appointment both times.
