Can't Say Enough Great Things About Green's Toyota I can't say enough great things about Green's Toyota. On a visit to family in Lexington from Florida, a headlight went out on my 2013 Sequoia. I cou I can't say enough great things about Green's Toyota. On a visit to family in Lexington from Florida, a headlight went out on my 2013 Sequoia. I couldn't drive back home without getting it replaced, but I was concerned about how long it would take to get an appointment at a local dealership and how much they'd charge an out of state customer. However when I went to Green's, they suggested I buy the headlamp myself from the parts department and then they installed it on the spot at no charge! Everyone was so honest and helpful that when it came time to trade in my 2013 Sequoia, I called Green's Toyota! Salesman Nathan Fryman was amazing, he was so helpful, honest and pleasant to work with. Since I was in Florida, Nathan made the deal happen via text and e-mail, and located the vehicle for me in less time than promised. Everything Nathan told me or promised me was true, with no "salesman's pitch", just good information so I could choose for myself. I was amazed at his knowledge of the vehicle and how helpful he was in selecting the right Sequoia for me. Green's was very fair on my trade-in and on the entire purchase. I drove from Florida to Lexington and my 'baby' was ready and waiting! In about an hour I was driving away in my new 2020 Sequoia, which I love! When I mentioned Green's to a cousin in the area, he said he'd bought his 2015 Corolla from them and had a similarly great experience. Thanks Nathan Fryman and Green's Toyota! Y'all are the BEST! Great first experience at Green's! After visiting other dealerships, my wife and I recently went to Green's looking for a used 4 Runner for her, as we had heard great reviews from Green After visiting other dealerships, my wife and I recently went to Green's looking for a used 4 Runner for her, as we had heard great reviews from Green's. Upon arriving, I was immediately greeted by Chad. We informed him we were not looking to purchase a vehicle this date, but wanted to gather info on their 4 Runners, so we could go home and make an informed decision between the 4 Runner and other vehicles we were looking at. Chad was extremely helpful in going over details of the 4 Runners and respecting our price range and what we wanted out of a vehicle. When Chad had to meet with a previous customer, we were handed over to Aaron. Like Chad, Aaron took great care of us and went over features of the vehicle and assisted us with a test drive. Aaron also went over what it meant for a used vehicle to be "Toyota Certified". Both Aaron and Chad were respectful in our decision to not purchase a vehicle that day, and we left being highly impressed with the dealership and the Certified Used 4 Runner we were looking at purchasing. After spending time to talk things over, we quickly decided the 4 Runner was our choice. We contacted Chad and Aaron and they set up a time to meet with us at the dealership. We are now happy owners of a 2016 4 Runner! This is our first Toyota vehicle that either of us have purchased, but based on the treatment we received and the quality of the product, I am confident we will be back at Green's for our next vehicle purchase. We were in great hands with Chad and Aaron, as they were extremely knowledgeable and informative, but were most thankful for them not being pushy or pressuring us to make a purchase. We would definitely recommend that anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle to go see either of them at Green's! More
