Purchased my 2019 Ford Ranger and Jason did a great job, no hassle purchase. New truck buy in about an hour. Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Appointment was set for 12:30. dropped it off at 12:15. They didn't complete the work till 4:30, and I had to pick it up by 5:30. Got to the dealership at 5:10, and noticed they never bothered to rotate the tires. Their response? "I guess we didnt charge you for it. Oh just bring it back tomorrow". No. It took them 4 hours just to change the oil (leaving me without car for half the day), they dont have a shuttle service, and they want me to pay more money to Uber due to their ineptitude? Not only will I never take my car there again for service because I cant trust them to do the work, but they lost a sale of a new car in the process. More

Steve took fantastic care of my new to me F-150 FX4. Service did The Works package to it and looked for any items needing attention.
