I had an accident and had my car towed there to have the wheel and tire replaced. They let me drive off a month later with a wheel that is too wide for the tire. Dropped off a work truck that broke down on me. I informed their front desk that the trucks transfer case was most likely the issue. They then took a week to "diagnose" it as a sensor that went I informed their front desk that the trucks transfer case was most likely the issue. They then took a week to "diagnose" it as a sensor that went bad. I get charged $2,100 for parts and labor. Then they have to wait for a "master technician" to make sure the repair was done right. Finally 20 days after I dropped the truck off I get a call saying "it wasn't the sensor, its the transfer case and it will cost $5000 more to fix." It took them 20 days and a 2000 dollar incorrect repair to figure out what I told them day one. More
The AI function for calling the service department needs to be removed if you are not utilizing the program. It allows customers to make appointments but the system isn't communicating with the dealership o to be removed if you are not utilizing the program.
