After 13 days total in the shop and numerous trips to the dealership, I am walking away with a broken car, close to $2000 dollars less in my wallet and a newborn due in 2 months. The first 9 days started after the car was taken in for a broken gas gauge and transmission sensor issue. After 6 days and a trip through the snow with a pregnant wife, we had to beg one service advisor (who has since been terminated) for a loner vehicle to ensure we could make it to our jobs. On the 8th day, they extended the loner vehicle because they still could not figure out the issue. Two new fuel pumps and two wiring harnesses later the gas gauge is still broken. We constantly had to call for updates and were eventually told by Todd that other customers came first and our car was put off until the end of the day every day. Fast forward three weeks later and ironically, I’m broken down on the side of the road with a broken ignition and front control module. Much to my own stupidity we shipped it back to University after our local mechanic was unable to reprogram certain items. I made the request to Todd to please check out the gas gauge issue and that was verified to have not happened. At some point in this god awful process we were introduced to Scott the Service Shop Manager. Our initial conversation started with him screaming at my wife over the phone. It was loud enough to where I could hear the conversation standing 3 feet away. After so many days, we were told over and over please call if there are any other issues. We called his cell 5 times and never once got a response. He claims he called and left a voicemail but cell phone records indicate that never happened. Scott was shown this in our face to face conversation. At one point during our many calls, Jarrod even refused to let us speak to him and transferred us to Todd. Having worked in customer service for over a decade, I can say without a doubt Scott has been the rudest, most unprofessional manager I have EVER dealt with. He refused a refund ($400) and explained he was already out too much money on my vehicle and that I would have to deal with the broken gas gauge. He even told me there was nothing I could do about it since signatures had already been obtained (the gas gauge literally messed up as soon as I left the lot). Basically rubbing the situation in my face. We have been a Dodge/Chrysler family dating back to our parents who are in their 50s and 60s. With our new family starting soon, it has been made clear that we can no longer support these brands. We are astonished that a $400 refund would outweigh us buying two new vehicles from the lot at close to $60,000 over the next year. We are honest, hard working people and truly feel we were taken advantage of. To those reading this review please be careful. More

When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted warmly, ad my vehicle was pulled in. Everyone was super nice, courteous, provided excellent service. This is our second visit to this dealership, as approximately five Three years ago, we had our Green Hornet (2013 Jeep Wrangler) with us, and we had a oil pump go out. We received excellent service then. Needless to say, when we are down here and need to service our Jeep, this is the only place I will go!! More
