I was interested in a Jeep that’s still available. “Jairo” and "Brett" reached out and I was very upfront about the numbers I was looking for. Said he couldn’t do it but didn’t counteroffer. Suggested I look at a cheaper car but I asked for a counter offer in paper and he refused to send one. Told me he would call me but never did and became unresponsive. The sales manager called me later that same day and I told her the same numbers. She said she was going to try and make it happen and call me back. She never called back. Next day I didn’t hear back at all so I called her later in the afternoon and she sounded like she forgot. She said she was going to speak to her manager on it and that she would call me back shortly. No call back since. Extremely unprofessional sales staff. I bought two vehicles here and I wouldn’t buy another. So disappointed. More

I tried purchasing a used Jeep from this dealership. Emily Naranjo as the salesperson. I sent an email asking her to look over the vehicle for defects. She assured me that there was none. I got up at 6 am and drove 3 hours to the dealership pre-approved through my bank to buy the vehicle. I was passed off to another sales person not Emily. We went out to look at the vehicle. It took me less than 5 minutes to find four places with severe corrosion. I basically wasted 6 hours of driving time only to be disappointed by a salesperson who was too lazy to do there job. I didn't even get an apology from the salesperson. Buyers BEWARE!!!!!!! More
