Dealer was average Dealer was you would expect from a used car dealer. Our sales rep John was great, but the dealer didn't service the van (which was CPO) well and we ha Dealer was you would expect from a used car dealer. Our sales rep John was great, but the dealer didn't service the van (which was CPO) well and we had to get repairs a week after the purchase. The manager I spoke to tried to use the excuse that the service center near us (we live 100miles from their dealer) just wanted to make money and find something wrong. They did refund us the $100 we spend on the deductible to pay for the service, but they just tried to pretend I was after them to get more money. Then the finance rep who did our paper work told me they could register my vehicle out of state, but when registration and title rep called 2 weeks later, they said they never do that and that I would need to do it myself. I might purchase there again, but be more careful about what "CPO" vehicle I purchase. More
