I went in to Greenway Dodge to have my 2014 Durango serviced. I got an email from Joshua Johnson to stop by the sales dep. to see options for a new car. During my lifetime this is the sixth vehicle I have purchased but only the second time shopping online for one. Greenway Dodge website was easy to use and thankfully Issac Bennett my salesperson contac purchased but only the second time shopping online for one. Greenway Dodge website was easy to use and thankfully Issac Bennett my salesperson contacted me the next day. He was very polite and answered all my questions. I started off this review by saying this is the sixth vehicle I have purchased because as a customer I truly believe in some cases the product will sell itself. Saying that doesn't take anything away from the salesperson's roll in the process, because if anything I believe Issac understands the how important the showing of good product is. Issac showed that he valued my time because he had the vehicle that I saw online ready for me when I arrived. This is important to point out because instead of wasting customers time, which now in days if I would have been sitting in the waiting room for the vehicle to get ready I could have easily been looking at competitor's websites on my phone. Imagine losing a sale in your waiting room because the salesperson wasn't prompt. During the test drive Issac was knowable about the vehicle and answered my questions. I was wowed by the vehicle, so naturally at closing Issac made what is normally the painful part, aka the negotiations and paperwork process rather painless as he continued to listen to my needs and requests. Thank you to Issac Bennett who is an outstanding salesperson and who I feel very confident in sending friends and family his way, because I know they will be in good hands. Thank you to Greenway Dodge for your beautiful showroom and friendly staff. I'm sure a tremendous about of money is spent on marketing and advertising but sometimes a great experience is priceless because those are the ones we entrust passing onto our friends and family who are in the market for a vehicle. new oil leak after servive I took my 2013 Chrysler T & C in for an oil change. When I left, I had an oil leak. I took it back to the service department. The said there was an oil leak around the oil filter. They said that there were three O-rings around the bottom of the filter housing that go bad. When I took my car in there was not leak, now I have oil leaking on the ground under my car. They could fix it but there would be a cost. I do not believe in coincidences. The leak start immediately after service and I received no help with a problem the service department created. C16572 After I submitted my concerns, the Service Manage, George, wrote that I should call him. So I tried to call him to discuss the instant leak. Over a seven business-day period, I left a message five times. Two were voice mails, and three were contacts with someone from the service department. They promised he would call me back. He didn't! I now have a car with a very heavy leak and no one to turn to. (updated 1/20/20) More
