The purchase process was straightforward and Victor helped every step of the way. He was genuinely interested in my satisfaction with the car and even followed up with a few texts in the days after to make sure I was happy. Excellent customer service and attention to the buyer from Victor, especially welcome since Greenway is such a large dealership. Victor gets 5 stars. I rated 4/5 overall only because I felt they could have budged a bit more on the final sales price. Ultimately, it was a fair price for the vehicle and the good condition it is in - just not a "super deal", but I am more than satisfied overall.
