When we came in, we waited for a specific employee (Mehmet Eraslan), at my mother’s request since she had worked with him before in a previous purchase. As soon as he came up and greeted us, I felt miles better than I did when I came in. Mehmet was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. He took the time to not only show me what they had to help me find the right car for me, but he genuinely listened to what I had to say, and what I was looking for. I loved that he remembered who we were, and didn’t hesitate to greet us again when we came back in to finalize the purchase a day or two later. He was knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of the questions we had about not just the car, but on the finance side of things as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone I knew who was looking to purchase a car. He cared more about just the sale, he cared about making sure I got the right car for me, and that’s appreciated beyond words. tl;dr: Mehmet is without a doubt an incredible employee and person, and I think he deserves nothing but praise.
