UPDATE: after issues with the door and battery chrystler, and this dealership, is a no go for me. No loaners, even for repairs that will take days and are warranty issues! I have 2 young kids, live an hour away, and bought a new car in an effort to avoid this frustrating mess. I was told I should have bought the additional insurance for rental cars when chrystler issues recalls....The Honda dealership is looking really appealing right now More
