I DONT RECOMMEND The service is not as good as the other dealership. Most of dealeship offer washing, vaccum, but here even the coffee you have to pay (by donation). Me and my husband went together and for sure it was my fault for not reading, but the salesperson put both cars on my name!!!! And used my name only to pull the credit! Overall... I don't recommend the place, I was keep going for the service because I had a 2-year "free oil change". I don't think Jeep should not make the brand suffer with this kind of service. Frustrating. Terrible service When I came in for my oil changed I was asked if I wanted my tires changed which I said no as I had just bought brand new tires in August. The sales associate then asked me the same question 4 times telling me I NEEDED them done. When he finally realized I was not having them done they took my jeep in. It was done I was called up and found out they did not use Synthetic oil. The sales associate once again was very rude saying he could NOT view my past history to see what I always have done. He was completely rude. He treated me like I was a piece of crap who had no idea what I was talking about. I have owned 2 jeeps and know what oil to use and how to have my tires rotated if needed! More

Awful Went in this morning to look at trucks. Salesman was very nice however when they pulled my credit score it was 60 points less than one day before. Thi Went in this morning to look at trucks. Salesman was very nice however when they pulled my credit score it was 60 points less than one day before. This is impossible when the only thing I had done was been to one other dealership. When I asked to see the other two reports from other credit companies they were exactly the same as the one before. When I contacted said credit company they confirmed after a very long call that my credit score was within 2 points of the day before not 60. I strongly believe they are doing something to make it look as if your credit scores are lower so they can charge more interest on the loan. I have qualified for 0% interest many times before. I had previously bought a car there 3 years ago and unfortunately I had some negative equity that they said I would be out of in two years because the cars hold their value well. I can say my car looks brand new and I am still upside down 12k. This dealership does not help you and as a matter of fact I think there may be some fraudulent behavior happening there. I will contact the Attorney General on Monday to file for an investigation. I am very displeased with these tactics and I feel someone must say something to figure out what is going on there. More

Very personal and friendly service staff at greenway Normally I don’t have a good opinion about any dealership in general but Greenway Chrysler changed my view. One gentleman who really made a difference was Mehmet Eraslan who went above and beyond to earn my trust. At one point I almost gave up on a deal and if Mehmet wasn’t there that night there would be no deal. Trust me! I know this may sound too good to be true but BELIEVE ME, this guy was the man and atmosphere was also very pleasant. No pressure whatsoever. Definitely recommend it. More
