Awful customer service This place is awful and they refuse to honor a 45 day warranty on major issues with the used car I just bought. The salesman talked down to me during negotiations and the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. They did agree to give me the small warranty so I could get the car checked by a mechanic as all Greenway performed was a safety check. Now a week after purchasing the car it's in the shop needing $1400 worth of work and Greenway refuses to help me or honor the warranty. What awful customer service. You should be ashamed!!! I will never purchase from you again and will ensure none of my friends or family do either. More

The dealership has an attractive environment, and everyone is friendly and courteous. Michael was very knowledgeable about the vehicle features, and I found a new Longhorn with the options I wanted. Pedro worked with me to locate and set up the install of a new tonneau cover, which was the only option I wanted that was not on the truck. If I ever wear this truck out, I'll be back to them to buy another one! More

Trickery It is the most deceitful place I have ever been to! The service department management is horrible, no costumer service at all !! They will tell you a price for your repairs but then when you go pick up your car it’s doubled or triple the amount that you were told originally, and the paper that says the price they gave you originally is hand written which means anything can be added! And when you try to question it they attack you. They did repairs on my parents car Told them a price and when my dad when to pick up the car he was given a completely different amount double of what he was told when he dropped off the vehicle. Them that week after, the car starts acting up and they have to take it in because the job they did was not done properly and instead of apologizing and making amends they wanted to do something worse to the car, but my bf knows about cars and he realized the repairs they wanted to do would just damage it more, and when he told them they needed to fix the mess they wanted to charge my parents again ... they are dishonest, it’s a scam !
