I expressed a strong interest in an I believe 2011 Dodge Ram 2500 on Fri. 12/2/22 with a Cummins motor and I even scheduled a test drive with Greenway at 1pm the next day (Saturday) .... and I was called th Ram 2500 on Fri. 12/2/22 with a Cummins motor and I even scheduled a test drive with Greenway at 1pm the next day (Saturday) .... and I was called the next morning by the salesperson and he said that the truck did not pass inspection and to not come for the test drive. He said it was not safe and they were sending it to auction. I saw it advertised for at least five more days, they even reduced the price $1000 that very Sat. that I was scheduled to test drive it and then today he sent me a video of an older Dodge Ram without the Cummins motor for thousands more. And in that video the salesman said the other Dodge had been sold. So when I just asked the salesman what did happen to that other truck he did not answer. It is my belief they had someone else in mind for that truck. And why would they sell an unsafe truck to anyone or even at an auction? Does that mean they cared about my safety and didn't care about anyone else's or what? Has to leave the question no doubt. More

We bought a new 2021 truck with a lift kit and rims that were installed by the dealership. Prior to signing our agreement, we questioned if the lift kit would be covered under warranty since it was after m were installed by the dealership. Prior to signing our agreement, we questioned if the lift kit would be covered under warranty since it was after market Redilift installed by Greenway Dodge. Our salesperson verified with Jonathan Hernandez that it would be covered. Jonathan personally told us prior to signing the sales agreement that it would be covered under factory warranty since they installed it. We had issues with the tires rubbing and damage to the steering stops, so we brought the truck back at 900 miles to be checked out. We were told we were turning the steering wheel too hard. We were also told that we would have a rental car covered since we live an hour away for any repairs. We had to fight to get a rental car and then once we dropped the rental car back off - after no repairs were completed on the truck - the service manager called the rental company and told them to charge us for the car. We took the truck back in for repair due to a squeaking noise. Now the front ball joints and upper control arms, per the service department, are bad. However, even though our salesperson and ourselves remember the entire conversation about the lift kit being covered, Jonathan refuses to stick by his word. DO NOT trust a word that comes out of Jonathan's mouth as he will not honor what he says once you sign on the dotted line. No one at this dealership wants to help with our issue and now we have a new truck needing repair due to their quality of work. More
