Well after the credit check and 1/2 hour in the financing office with Maribel who was very professionally and a small down payment. Tyler our salesman escort my son and I to my new Dodge R/T. My experience from the time I say yes , credit check and the finances office. I was out of Greenway in no more then 45 minutes, were other dealership it takes 2hours plus with paper work. Dodge Chrysler Jeep Service department Last year we purchased a used Chrysler Town and Country from Greenway Ford and we purchased a warranty since it was a used van. Several things started Last year we purchased a used Chrysler Town and Country from Greenway Ford and we purchased a warranty since it was a used van. Several things started to go wrong with the van that were covered under our warranty. The air-conditioning would go warm when we were stopped at a light. The rear air keeps turn on and off by itself and you can't just turn it off because it will come back on all by itself. Also, it makes a hissing noise behind the steering wheel when the air-conditioning starts getting warmer. I have taken it in 10 times and they tell me the same thing every time. We can't duplicate the problem you are talking about and our machine says there is no issue. The last time I went in I recorded the rear air-conditioning turning on and off with my phone and sent it to the service manager and they still said the same thing again. I feel like they are just giving me the run around until my warranty expires and then I have to pay. In my situation I can't afford to pay for a new air-conditioning for my car. I have 3 small children and a full time job. I am very disappointed in the service department. Just fix my car so I don't have to come back! More
