Disappointing experience When I first drove the used car I specifically asked if there were two keys and an owners manual and was told yes. I came back several days later and When I first drove the used car I specifically asked if there were two keys and an owners manual and was told yes. I came back several days later and purchased the car. I was not told there was only one key until after we signed the papers. I priced a new key at $500. The dealership won't do anything about it now. I also found an oil leak in the 45 day window but was told that was normal wear for cars of the age and mileage of my car. It was very difficult to get anyone to communicate with me about my concerns during these two issues. While everyone was polite, I am very disappointed with the choices made by the dealership to make no effort to resolve either of these issues. More
