For the win! We drove over from Melbourne to see a 2013 Ram Laramie Longhorn. We expressed over the phone that we did not have a lot of time so we were pleased whe We drove over from Melbourne to see a 2013 Ram Laramie Longhorn. He was very friendly but never pushy. The truck basically sold itself but he was awesome getting the necessary paperwork filled out and getting us into the finance dept. in a timely manner. Not only did he check up on us, he was super quick to respond when we had a question regarding out Sirius radio free trial (even though it was his day off) We would certainly recommend Greenway/David Atkins to anyone in the market for a new/pre-owned vehicle. Horrible Service Dept What is the use of making an appt to have service when they have no intention of keeping the time. 2.5 hours for an oil change!!!! Are you kidding me! What is the use of making an appt to have service when they have no intention of keeping the time. 2.5 hours for an oil change!!!! Are you kidding me!!!???? And when I asked the status of my car, I got an indifferent look and a glance a glance at a watch. The response...a shoulder shrug and "15 or 20 minutes". Not a "I'll check on that sir, or a let me see what the hold up is". If it weren't for the fact that I purchased the maintenance program when I bought the car, I would NEVER come back here again!!! My mom and I are super happy with the Jeep Cherokee purchase to the point that I'm thinking about switching from a 12 year relationship with Cadillac to another jeep for myself When my lease comes to an end in a couple of months. stay away from this dealership at all costs. A huge ripoff. The sales agents are very pushy and there is no loyalty to the customer. All they care about is your money and scoring their commission. Basically, thousands of dollars of my hard-earned money went down the drain. I wish i just avoided dealing with them and kept my money. Please be extremely careful dealing with this dealership and do not crack under the salesmen's pressure and throw away your money. This dealership does not care about the customer, they just care to score a sale, and basically STEAL your money. More

So I went to Greenway Dodge-Jeep to check on the Jeeps Renegade, I wasn't sure which one, I thought I was just going to take a look., maybe a test drive , and probably go back home without a vehicle, cause I didn't want to feel rushed by a sale person, so I didn't even have to ask for help, a very nice salesman named Otwane Randolph approached me, and I told him I wasn't sure what I really wanted, but he had the patience to walk me through the pros and cons. every little detail, I did a few test drives,and even then, I was still undecided, but again he sat down with me , waited patiently, I went with a couple of friends , and every one including myself were impressed with this gentleman, he went Above and Beyond, and I didn't feel pressure of any kind, even when I was one of the last customer to leave.. well, I left with a 2016 Renegade Sport, I'm a happy customer, He made my day, and I just want to let his Manager knows that he really enjoys what he does, and its reflected on the way he treats people. my name is Isabel Fernandez, and I'm very Please!!!!
