Outstanding Service My wife and I had not bought a new car in 12 years, our 2003 caravan had 217000 miles and was still running. However, it was time to buy especially with a Christmas trip to New York with the family coming up. We had looked on line and had already bee approved by Capital One Auto so we knew what we could do. A Dodge Journey was our first choice but after being shown them by Victor Akimov (who was great) we realized not enough room. He then showed us the Dodge Grand Caravan which was great, it had so much more room then our old one and was perfect. I don't like buying cars but my experience was very good with him. I am a retired Senior Chief and my wife and I both teach so time is money. Victor handled everything very easily for us and we got the vehicle we needed. Thank you Victor and Greenway Dodge. It is always hard when you drive from another city (Ocala, Fl) but it was worth it. More

One day the sales manager comes out of his office with very aggressive offers even though you are not ready to buy, and the next time when you are discussing the same number you were offered 2 days earlier, sales manager won't even come out of his office to talk to you. Well they not only missed a sale but also many future sales as I would have referred them to many students in the future - not happening now. More
