WARNING! I would not buy a car from this place. They will blow smoke and press you to buy an extended warning, that you will may not be able to use and their I would not buy a car from this place. They will blow smoke and press you to buy an extended warning, that you will may not be able to use and their service department is the worse I have ever experienced in my life. my girlfriend purchased a car June of 2021 We dropped the car there on Saturday because the extended warranty company that they sold us for $4,500 said the car has to go to the dealership you purchased the car from. We already new it needed shocks as the car was at the Cadillac dealership, but 4 new shocks all at the same time, I don't see how that can happen. Anyway, I got no feedback on the car at all while it was there. I called Monday, left a message and no return call. Called Tuesday, left a message and no return call. Called Wednesday, left a message and no return call. Finally I had to drive 30 minutes to their dealership and Stanley said that my service advisor Joshua Joseph never even called the warranty company and put in a requests for the money to fix the car. So the car sat there from Saturday to Wednesday night for no reason. Finally they started the process on Thursday, only to DENY my warranty claim and after speaking to GEORGE, I guess a manager, he said they are going to give me labor and parts at cost which was a total of over $4,000. So, I'm paying monthly on an extended warranty that cost $4,000 but when I need the car repaired , they want to charge me $4,000. This story is going all over the web, and I'm contacting the news media also. They have horrible communication, the sales agent lied and said the car is covered bumper to bumper unless it's regular maintenance stuff like oil changes and break pads, etc. This warranty company actually claim that shocks are regular maintenance. By the time I'm through with you GREENWAY DODGE, you will lose far more than $4,000. I'm a multi million dollar earning network marketing King, and you are going to feel my pain by the way you treated my girlfriend. You all are thieves and lying to people to get a commission on a warranty service that is trash . More
Teeko provided exceptional customer service! ! From start to finish. I’ve never been able to feel at home at a dealership and if it’s one dealership I’ll always count on, it’s this one! Even tho ! Even though I live 2 hours away, I’ll be more than happy to make the trip, if it’s to this particular dealership. Teeko made sure that although I couldn’t get the truck I came in for, he introduced me to one that was pretty much identical to the one I wanted. Teeko never made me feel pressure, which is something I appreciated. Most dealerships only care about making a sale but he made sure I was 101% satisfied with the truck before even deciding to agree to the deal. Teeko is beyond a great salesman!! More

Purchasing a vehicle from this company has been the worst experience. I purchased a used vehicle that was supposed to have gone through a 150 point inspection. Upon driving my vehicle home I found a very lon experience. I purchased a used vehicle that was supposed to have gone through a 150 point inspection. Upon driving my vehicle home I found a very long list of issues mind you this is supposed to be a reputable dealership. I called and brought it back for repairs and the time I was asked despite the fact it’s 40 min from my house and sat waiting for 5 hours no one checked on me or gave me a status to be told I would not be taking my vehicle home. After my salesman left without letting me know I spoke with a man who claimed to be the finance manager. Who claimed he would reach out to me the next day and have the vehicle delivered to me. I never heard from him again. I received a call my vehicle was done so even though I was promised it would be delivered I went to pick it up as my salesman said he was unable to deliver it. Upon arrival I checked all the issues to see that they were not all taken care of and things were still broken. The service manager Mr. Brian Peterson informed me it wasn’t a big deal and I did purchase a 2017 so what did I expect. I requested to terminate the deal and was informed that was not possible. I have asked multiple times to speak with the general manager and have never received a call back. They have had the vehicle for over a weekend and I still can not get an update. Even worse the in my opinion fraudulent manor this company handles its business is ridiculous. I purchased this vehicle for 32k on September 3rd and the vehicle continues on their website now for less than what I purchased it for and was told by the finance manager himself they do that so when people call in or come to see it they can find them something else. Maybe at time point I will get a status back about my vehicle. More
The worst service I have ever received was at Greenway Dodge Orlando. I was diagnosed with things that my car really didn't have. They gave me a bill for thousands of dollars. When I realized how much I had to tow it to another shop. What I had was something simple and it wasn't anything Greenway told me. The manager scolded the employees in front of me. it was a disastrous experience. I will never go back to that terrible place. Never take your car, they will make you pay for something that your car does not actually have. Regulatory agencies are investigating this place. They made me pay for a service that I did not receive, I have tried to get my money back but they do not deal with the situation and I am still waiting. More
