This dealership was hired to fix the problem I was having on my dodge 1500. Long story short they charged over $400 and didn't resolve the problem. Even worse than that they ran tolls while they were returni on my dodge 1500. Long story short they charged over $400 and didn't resolve the problem. My experience with Scott and Greenway is defiantly 5 star. There was no waiting around, Scott showed me exactly what I wanted and then made it mine. I absolutely have to write this review because no one could ever have convinced me that a dealership like Greenway Dodge existed anywhere on the planet, and I've seen quite a few dealerships in my year could ever have convinced me that a dealership like Greenway Dodge existed anywhere on the planet, and I've seen quite a few dealerships in my years although I had no experience with Greenway prior to now. I'm sure some of the salespersons and managers from other dealerships still remember me but certainly not in a good way. To make matters even more difficult for the salesperson and anyone else who has to deal with me, this purchase was for my wife so I'm even a worse customer when that's the case. I don't ever buy a car without knowing exactly what I want down to the smallest detail so I'm generally a salesperson's and manager's worst nightmare and proud of it. It typically only takes one move to try to convince me to accept anything different after all my research and I'm immediately out the door. I know what I want and that's what I'm going to buy regardless of how long it takes or how many frustrated people I leave along the way. After all the research on the particular car we wanted for my wife, we found that this was going to be a lot more difficult than we initially thought just because there was so little inventory that matched our criteria, and each dealership had the attitude that they were siting on a gold mine with the low inventory situation, although I certainly wasn't dumb enough to point that out. Then the inevitable "xxxxxx wrench" was thrown into the situation when I had to have unplanned surgery just as I was actually ready to start hitting the road and traveling to dealerships. It was starting to seem like this just wasn't meant to be and I would have to reset the clock and start over in the future.. Although still recovering from the surgery and using a wheelchair and a walker for the first time in my life, I did an Internet search and saw that Greenway Dodge had what appeared to be the exact car we wanted in their inventory with a price matching very closely to what I had calculated as fair to both the dealership and me. I knew I was pushing it but I called the dealership and spoke to a lady named Evalina to see if the car was still in their inventory and things just got better from there. After explaining my situation with the lack of mobility, she set up an appointment with Ron Griffin to see the car just a couple of hours later. Ron called me at my home, gave me directions right down to which entrance door to use and assured me he would meet my wife and me there and have the car ready for inspection. Since my wife and I are both mechanics, I had no qualms with her doing the engine and drive train inspections since I was confined to that infernal wheelchair. We've gotten the inspections down to an art over the years and I trust my wife's judgement implicitly. She will find things the mechanics missed and usually knows more about the car than anyone. Yep, she's actually pickier than me when it comes to inspections. When we arrived at Greenway, Ron met us at the door as promised and introduced us to Victor Akimov, who is no doubt the most professional salesperson I've ever met at any dealership or any other business. When we were ready for the test drive, Victor loaded the wheelchair in the trunk, my wife took the wheel, and we were off. After arriving back at the dealership, I asked Victor to give us his best price because I was wearing down from the surgery and shouldn't even have been out of the house except for the fact that this was probably the only shot I would get at this particular car for a long time to come. In any event, for the first time in my car-buying life, we were within $100 of each other on the price and it was a done deal. My wife wrote the check, Maribel took care of all the paperwork including a glitch by our bank regarding the check, and we were home before 6 PM. Never in 30 years have I had such a smooth, professional experience buying a vehicle. The fact that the dealership is able to put together such an incredible team of professionals like this is next to impossible and I know that from my own experience in the business world. The ratings don't go near high enough to give them the true recognition they deserve, but I'd challenge anyone in any business to even try to compete with this team. I highly recommend this dealership! More

My experience with this dealership is mixed. We did not start well (was told we had a deal, then the car was no longer avail, then avail again) but I have to give them credit for making a strong effort to start well (was told we had a deal, then the car was no longer avail, then avail again) but I have to give them credit for making a strong effort to correct the situation. David was fair and straight-forward. Eric came over and apologized and made every effort to make sure I was happy. The pre-purchase inspection at a local mechanic revealed some things that I'm certain the dealership already knew but was hoping would go unnoticed. This is not unlike any other dealership I have dealt with but I would have wished they had been a bit more up-front about it. Overall, they have a great collection of new and used vehicles at a decent price and I do think that they will make every effort to work with you. Their 150+ inspection on used cars leaves a lot to be desired so I would highly recommend getting a qualified second opinion before signing on the dotted line. More
