My experience with this dealership is mixed. We did not start well (was told we had a deal, then the car was no longer avail, then avail again) but I have to give them credit for making a strong effort to start well (was told we had a deal, then the car was no longer avail, then avail again) but I have to give them credit for making a strong effort to correct the situation. David was fair and straight-forward. Eric came over and apologized and made every effort to make sure I was happy. The pre-purchase inspection at a local mechanic revealed some things that I'm certain the dealership already knew but was hoping would go unnoticed. This is not unlike any other dealership I have dealt with but I would have wished they had been a bit more up-front about it. Overall, they have a great collection of new and used vehicles at a decent price and I do think that they will make every effort to work with you. Their 150+ inspection on used cars leaves a lot to be desired so I would highly recommend getting a qualified second opinion before signing on the dotted line. More

My Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk buying experience was interesting (and not in a good way) before finding Greenway Jeep! I live in South Florida which is well known for horrible customer service. This unfortunately includes car dealerships as well. Since I didn't know which dealership to trust, I decided to use the Costco Auto Buying Program to refer me to a reputable dealer. Costco placed me in touch with AutoNation Pembroke Pines. AutoNation contacted me and was eventually able to find the Trailhawk in the color I wanted and with all the optional features but at another dealership. They had me bring my trade in for an appraisal and immediately began negotiating on the Trailhawk at the other dealer. After a little negotiating we reached a deal, shook hands, signed paperwork and I placed a $2,000 down payment on the Cherokee Trailhawk at the other dealer. I was even provided paperwork connecting the VIN number with the signed documents and the down payment receipt. I just needed to wait 1-2 days for them to ship the vehicle from another dealership. The following day I heard nothing from AutoNation. Even after sending an email, leaving a voice mail, and sending a text message. I finally contacted the dealership's customer service number and was nonchalantly informed they were unable to get the Jeep from the other dealer. According to AutoNation, the Trailhawk I purchased and placed a down payment on was sold by the other dealership. Obviously I was upset considering AutoNation negotiated a deal with me and even took a down payment without obtaining approval from the dealership which actually had the vehicle in inventory. Even the Sales Manager I spoke to didn't seem concerned and insinuated many times that I was not telling the truth about the way in which the deal occurred. Even though the paperwork supported my side of the deal and not AutoNation's. The "compromise" AutoNation wanted me to accept was a Trailhawk in a color I did not want and which would arrive the next month. I opened complaints against AutoNation with Chrysler and Costco! After a little research I was able to find the dealership where the Trailhawk was in inventory. Obviously I was very weary about dealing with another dealership after the experience I just went through with AutoNation. When I contacted Greenway Jeep, they connected me with Victor Akimov. I asked Victor about the Trailhawk and he was able to locate the vehicle in his system. I informed Victor that I live in Miami and would need him to physically locate the Jeep at his dealership before we proceeded with the deal. Victor was understanding and went out in the pouring rain to find the Trailhawk on the lot. The vehicle was actually located in their back lot and still wrapped in plastic since they just took receipt from the factory. Victor not only called me back to confirm but also texted pics of the vehicle. Once Victor returned to the office we proceeded to make a deal on the Jeep. I informed Victor I would be driving 3.5 hours the next morning to finalize the deal. The following morning Victor contacted me just to make sure my trip to Orlando was going well. I was impressed with this level of service! Upon entering Greenway I was immediately greeted by the Assistant at the front desk. Victor approached the desk a few minutes later and took me to see the Trailhawk. It was exactly what I was looking for. The only issue was the Trailhawk needed to be inspected and features activated before I could take delivery. Victor attempted but wasn't able to get this accomplished since the deal occurred on a Sunday. However, to make up for this Greenway allowed me to drive my trade in back to Miami, purchased a tank of gas to cover my trip back and also agreed to deliver the Trailhawk the following day in Miami! If you are looking for a vehicle then I highly recommend you contact Victor Akimov at Greenway Dodge Chrysler Jeep! I'm glad I took the 3.5 hour drive and purchased my Cherokee Trailhawk from him! My wife a I decided to take some time to applaud our salesperson Mr. Victor Akimov who's employed @ Greenway Dodge in Orlando. We never once made us feel as though we were being pressured. He showed us numerous Chrysler 200s (the only model we were interested in) that were on the lot. We had shown up late (7:30) due to the fact that we live in South Palm Bay. It was also windy & 45 degrees. We were never rushed or made to feel as though he didn't have time for us. We test drove three 2012s that evening. The next day we decided which of the 3 we wanted. Mr. Akimov delivered all his promises. Wheel align, steam clean, buffing scratches & even had the front bumper stripped, primed & re-painted. He also saw that both our new Chrysler 200 and our everyday 2007 BMW X3 left the dealership with full tanks of gas. Thanks Victor for all your pleasantries. It was a "all about us" experience.
