My experience at the dealership was Great . when I got there I was expecting to meet with Paul French however he had left for the evening but he let David Atkins know that I he would be expecting me . I went on TrueCar.com to price out the Jeep Wrangler that my wife wanted. I was contacted almost immediately via email by Erik Fritz, saying that he would have one of his Internet Sales consultants contact my wife wanted. I was contacted almost immediately via email by Erik Fritz, saying that he would have one of his Internet Sales consultants contact me in the morning. I was working with another dealership closer to my house, but when I went there to purchase the jeep, they gave me insulting numbers to work with, not even coming close to the price we wanted to pay. I then left, and called Greenway. I asked for Erik, but he wasn't available, so I asked for another member of the Internet Sales team. That is when I first spoke to Scott Sheffield. I told him the situation, and what I was looking for, and he told me he'd do everything he could to get us to where we needed to be. Very pleasant from right when I walked in. He took me to the Jeep I had described and we went for a test drive. He then took me around to take a look at any other options I could have (which I appreciated). That night, the basic numbers we were able to come to, were still higher than what my wife and I could do, so I told him I'd talk things over with my wife and see from there. Both Scott and Erik emailed me to follow up, to see how things were going. I replied to Erik, asking about the prices, as I had the TrueCar.com paper, showing what we should be able to get the Jeep for. He then ran a couple other payment term options by us, to make it work. I was able to bring my wife back in to take a look, and Scott was able to work with Erik to re-crunch the numbers to get us in line of what we could afford. Scott and Erik were both great to work with, never pushy or rude. Scott really went through every possible option he could for us, and in the end, it worked, as we are now the proud owners of our 2014 Jeep Wrangler. Scott really made the experience an enjoyable one, which is why I rated our experience with perfect 5's. More

I went out of my way to visit this dealership even though I live in New Port Richey. I first stopped by on 10/29/13 while in ORL on business. No one offered to help me. I came back on 11/10/13 to see a specific vehicle again, as I was now ready to buy. No one ever even approached me, in spite of my registering at the front desk. The store did not look that busy; there were several sales people milling around the sales desk, but no one wanted to help me. I don't mind so much that I was ignored on 10/29/13, since I was still researching vehicles at the time. (Although I wonder why a middle aged man in a suit and tie - I had just come from a Court proceeding - who was looking at a late model vehicle would be ignored at any dealership.) But I can not believe that no one offered to help me. I was ready to buy and had already been approved for financing. Had I been assisted, I would have driven away with a new car. Instead, Greenway lost a sale. What is really amazing is that I am a prior customer of the dealership, having purchased my last Jeep there (travelling from New Port Richey on that occasion, as well)! Yet not one salesperson offered to help me, even though I spent a great deal of time on the lot looking at a used vehicle (right outside of the showroom window). When I returned home, I contacted the dealership, as I was still upset about driving 2 hours each way without so much as a "hello" when I was at the dealership. I received an e-mail from Michael Norris stating they would reduce the price $500 on the Jeep I wanted. I then made a counter offer, and I received a response from Erik Fritz stating that they would not even honor the price that Norris had given me, and that their price was back up to the one posted on the net. So after wasting hours of my time, they are essentially refusing to deal on a car, or make any consideration for ignoring me when I was at the dealer. There are much better dealers out there, and I recommend you stay away from this one. More
