I have a great experience at Greenway Chrysler Jeep. I bought the new 2014 jeep Cherokee and Hiram Gonzalez was our salesman. Mr. Gonzalez has an extremely nice personality, and is very friendly, He was v bought the new 2014 jeep Cherokee and Hiram Gonzalez was our salesman. Victor was a good person and friendly i recommend this guy to everyone. But about the service,they don't clean well the interior of my car,they did in the night and i show all the stains and details befo guy to everyone. I went out of my way to visit this dealership even though I live in New Port Richey. I first stopped by on 10/29/13 while in ORL on business. No one offered to help me. I came back on 11/10/13 to see a specific vehicle again, as I was now ready to buy. No one ever even approached me, in spite of my registering at the front desk. The store did not look that busy; there were several sales people milling around the sales desk, but no one wanted to help me. I don't mind so much that I was ignored on 10/29/13, since I was still researching vehicles at the time. (Although I wonder why a middle aged man in a suit and tie - I had just come from a Court proceeding - who was looking at a late model vehicle would be ignored at any dealership.) But I can not believe that no one offered to help me. I was ready to buy and had already been approved for financing. Had I been assisted, I would have driven away with a new car. Instead, Greenway lost a sale. What is really amazing is that I am a prior customer of the dealership, having purchased my last Jeep there (travelling from New Port Richey on that occasion, as well)! Yet not one salesperson offered to help me, even though I spent a great deal of time on the lot looking at a used vehicle (right outside of the showroom window). When I returned home, I contacted the dealership, as I was still upset about driving 2 hours each way without so much as a "hello" when I was at the dealership. I received an e-mail from Michael Norris stating they would reduce the price $500 on the Jeep I wanted. I then made a counter offer, and I received a response from Erik Fritz stating that they would not even honor the price that Norris had given me, and that their price was back up to the one posted on the net. So after wasting hours of my time, they are essentially refusing to deal on a car, or make any consideration for ignoring me when I was at the dealer. There are much better dealers out there, and I recommend you stay away from this one. More
On Sunday, Nov. 3, 2013, I came to the Greenway Dodge Dealership to trade in my Town & Country 2010 Van. I was approached by Victor Akimov to see if he could help me. I told him I wanted to trade in my Town & Country Van and to get one that was more fuel efficient. I would give Victor the Salesman of the Year award. He was very informative and well versed on the vans that he was showing me. He was also very polite and did not make me walk all over the lot. We decided on the van I liked and we took a test drive. Victor was explaining all about the van and the new features as we made the trip. He was very easy to understand and explained it in terms that I as a lady could understand. He did not make me feel pressured, but yet he was selling the van and making me want to buy. This is the first time that I bought a car by myself as my husband is a semi-invalid and cannot be out very long at a time. So I was very thankful to have a salesman like Victor. Mr. Rodriguez was also very pleasant in preparing the papers for me to sign and explaining them me as we went along. He also told me about the insurances that I could buy to cover extra things for the van. Then I brought my husband in on Nov. 4th to sign his name on the papers and were treated well. More

When I arrived at Greenway Dodge I had no idea what type of car I wanted. Sam asked me questioned and listened carefully to my responses to help me narrow the search.
