If you are planning on buying a vehicle from this dealership, particularly a used one, I would strongly urge you to think twice. About 3 months ago in June, I went to Greenway to buy my first "new" v dealership, particularly a used one, I would strongly urge you to think twice. About 3 months ago in June, I went to Greenway to buy my first "new" vehicle. Not the newest model year, but "new" to me, as all my previous cars had been family hand-me-downs. I dealt with a close family friend by the name of Kevin Marleton, who was very helpful and enthusiastic about my car buying experience. We looked at a few vehicles and then I had to leave soon after for work. Upon returning to the dealer the next day, I was handed off to Mr. Kennedy because Mr. Marleton was not working. Fast forward through the test drive and discussions with Mr Kennedy and we find ourselves at the signing... Just before I signed, I said "Can I see the Carfax?" Kennedy was behind the counter looking at the carfax on a screen and said to me with a big grin on his face and thumb high in the air, "Looks clean, no accidents, and only one owner." I asked him to see the document, and he said "Well I'll just print it up for you and put it in your final paperwork so you have a copy." Because I trusted the man and what he had just read off the screen, I said "okay." Only days after driving the car home, one problem after the next started becoming apparent. When I called Dodge corporate to take up the issue (another story in itself) I was informed that the vehicle was a RENTAL! Craig Kennedy chose to omit the fact that car was a rental, and YES- OMITTING IS LYING TOO, PAL! Now, three months, 3 dealerships, and about 12 calls to corporate, I am still dealing with the issue of the vehicle being sold with broken and missing parts. Yep you heard that right, broken and missing parts (like I said: a whole different story). Bottom line here folks: Craig Kennedy is a liar and a fraud who will sell you a vehicle with a partial truth, and then when you try to get help from the dealer (with a warranty you paid extra for) they will neglect to return all of your calls, and deny the vehicle has issues when you finally get a chance to bring it in. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE... AND IT'S NOT OVER!!! More
Donald Howley was a great salesman. We didnt feel pressured or taken advantage of. He was straightforward with us as far as our situation and we felt comfortable working with him. Our credit was not the best and Donald and Adam worked with us, giving us the best available option. With the program Adam gave us, we have the ability to really fix and establish our credit. Unfortunately there was an issue with the battery, but Doug made sure I spared no expenses to have that handled. With that being said, the overall experience was excellent. More

He really wants to be sure you are "fitted" to the right product first, then he believes, rightfully so, that the other elements will fall into place. He is excellent at communicating and very prompt returning telephone calls. He is probably one of the best automobile sales persons that I have worked with. You felt like you were on a level human-to-human "playing field". Any discussion or question I had was promptly and professionally answered. Job well done -- I bought a car from Greenway Dodge because of his diligence, sincerity and thoughtfulness. More
I arrived at the dealership with an appointment with another representative in order to equalize problems with a 7 month old used vehicle I purchased from them. I wound up speaking with Mr. Scott and I'm sure glad I did. Albeit I did not wind up in a new vehicle I am still a happy and satisfied customer. What Mr. Scott did for me was something a dealership can not teach a salesman, and that's give a customer peace of mind. I left this lot with the same raggedy car and was still satisfied. I had a smile on my face as if I had achieved complete nirvana. Mr. Scott attempted to put me in a new vehicle but given my circumstances I declined. Albeit I did not buy a car I was treated with the same respect and same dignity of a 5 star customer and that is what made me a loyal customer. I promised at the beginning of the year that I will be back and I will purchase yet another car from Greenway Dodge simply because I'll be able to afford it and also because Scott Sheffield is the quintessential salesman. I love the fact that he was honest and he told me nothing but the truth. With that said I may not have given this company money today but I have made up in my mind that this is my exclusive dealer and this is where I will return. Scott was amazing. I was contacted very quickly when I inquired about a vehicle I saw online. I informed him of what I wanted to do and he had everything lined up for my appointment when I went in. The only negative I have is that one of the finance gentlemen came out when it was our turn since it was getting late in the evening and explained to us that he had worked a 15 hour day and had passed on our paperwork to the Finance manager and that we would have to wait longer for him because he was going home. Very unprofessional in my opinion. On the up note the finance manager was extremely helpful and efficient. Thank you Scott for all of your help More

I was approached by Tammy with a warm welcoming attitude that made me feel very comfortable to express my needs and wants when making a commitment in buying a new vehicle. She was on point when she answered the many questions I had! I was impressed on her knowledge of the vehicle, warranty's, buying process, and on her overall performance as the amazing sales person she is! I had already visited a few other dealership, prior to coming to Greenway Dodge. In fact I visited their sister dealership, Greenway Ford, as well(not impressed whatsoever). I had originally acquired abou coming to Greenway Dodge. In fact I visited their sister dealership, Greenway Ford, as well(not impressed whatsoever). I had originally acquired about a used vehicle that i found online. A salesman, Scott Sheffield, promptly emailed me back with information on the car. Shortly after I made the 40 mile trip to Greenway Dodge where i was pleasantly welcomed by Scott and the rest of the staff. We took the car for a test drive but I felt no pressure or the salesman be overbearing at all. It was certainly a nice change of pace from what I am used to. After the test drive, I told him i liked the vehicle but there was a couple others in the area i was going to look at. Again, he did not pressure me and after some small talk, allowed me to leave and come back on my own terms. The next day after viewing a few more vehicles, I went back to Greenway Dodge and was directed back to Scott. When it came to the numbers portion, we got down to business and I do feel he went to bat for me. I got the vehicle on what i thought was a more than fair price, and he got the manager to agree to do a couple extra treatments to the car that we had talked about prior(even a full tank of gas!). All in all i really enjoyed my experience at Greenway Dodge and when i go back for another vehicle or when i recommend my friends, I will make sure to work with/have them work with Scott. More
