I went to the dealership with an approval vochure and they decided they weren't going to take it because they are going to run it through their preferred finance companies first. I was then placed on hold on a followup call for 28 minutes, then hung up on and lied to on a follow up call that Ricardo was in a meeting suddenly and could not speak to me. They were really rude to me and did not take care of me as customer. They are rude and only care about their bottom line and not us the customers. More

Purchasing a new vehicle with bad credit can be very challenging and frustrating at times. Not at Greenway Dodge, not with Victor Akimov. I am currently enrolled in a Chapter-13 bankruptcy repaymen challenging and frustrating at times. Not at Greenway Dodge, not with Victor Akimov. I am currently enrolled in a Chapter-13 bankruptcy repayment plan. No dealer in town wanted to offer any credit unless the bankruptcy was discharged. If I don’t get a new or pre-owned car, then I could not go to work. I did not have money to repair my old car. I walk into Greenway Dodge looking for a miracle, but with little hope, looking for a new or pre-owned car that I could afford, with a interest rate and a monthly payment that was acceptable by the Chapter-13 Trustee. In addition, I was upside down on my present car which had very little salvage value. Victor decided to take on this task, he walked me through the process, one step at the time, he eased my worries, we found a car that not only would meet would all the requirements, but also the car that I was wishing I could get. A new 2012 Jeep Patriot. Thanks to Victor guidance, the approval process from the Chapter-13 Trustee went flawless, and so was the approval from the bank. Within 4 days, I got my new vehicle, which will drive me to work everyday. I really cannot express how grateful I am to Victor Akimov for making this a reality. My wife and I drove a little over three hours to find us an upgrade from our old used car and get a newer used car. We loved the dealership, but I am not going to write a review without being completely hon an upgrade from our old used car and get a newer used car. We did not expect to stay at greenway all day and had many other cars to look at but we found a car that was in the ballpark nationwide pricing so we gave Victor a chance to sell us. He was nice, answered our questions most of the time, probably one of the best salesmen I have ever had the experience of working with, and did a real good job making the finance guy meet my demands. I sent him back up there at least 7 times telling them they had to do better or no deal. The finance department lowballed me at first with a rate that was double what I had already been approved for, upon whipping that piece of paper our they were like no problem we can beat that. So I would highly recommend knowing what your car is worth and the figures to fix anything that is wrong with it and especially taking your pre-approval letter with you before you go. At the end of the day they took our trade, we left in a much newer car not feeling bad about it, and felt like we had been treated very well aside from the initial finance offer. After inquiring online about one of the Chargers on Greenways lot, Rob contacted me.
