My wife and I drove a little over three hours to find us an upgrade from our old used car and get a newer used car. We loved the dealership, but I am not going to write a review without being completely hon an upgrade from our old used car and get a newer used car. We did not expect to stay at greenway all day and had many other cars to look at but we found a car that was in the ballpark nationwide pricing so we gave Victor a chance to sell us. He was nice, answered our questions most of the time, probably one of the best salesmen I have ever had the experience of working with, and did a real good job making the finance guy meet my demands. I sent him back up there at least 7 times telling them they had to do better or no deal. The finance department lowballed me at first with a rate that was double what I had already been approved for, upon whipping that piece of paper our they were like no problem we can beat that. So I would highly recommend knowing what your car is worth and the figures to fix anything that is wrong with it and especially taking your pre-approval letter with you before you go. At the end of the day they took our trade, we left in a much newer car not feeling bad about it, and felt like we had been treated very well aside from the initial finance offer. For a week, I worked with William Lee over the phone buying a used Chevy 3500 truck. Because I live over an hour away, I made sure we had all the details on the truck before I drove to the dealership t buying a used Chevy 3500 truck. The night before I drove over, I talked to William to make sure everything was in order and also set up an appointment for Saturday morning. Saturday morning we arrived at the appointment time, but William was running late and was not there yet. One of the other salesman greeted us and explain the situation and agreed to take us to the truck while we waited for William. When we told him the truck we were there to see, he told us it had already been sold. He then doubled check on the computer, confirming to was sold 2 days earlier. So, I doubled check the night before we drove over and William said all is fine even though the truck had been sold! They did offer to show us a new Dodge truck...do not trust this salesman More
