For a week, I worked with William Lee over the phone buying a used Chevy 3500 truck. Because I live over an hour away, I made sure we had all the details on the truck before I drove to the dealership t buying a used Chevy 3500 truck. Because I live over an hour away, I made sure we had all the details on the truck before I drove to the dealership to personally check and buy the truck. The night before I drove over, I talked to William to make sure everything was in order and also set up an appointment for Saturday morning. Saturday morning we arrived at the appointment time, but William was running late and was not there yet. One of the other salesman greeted us and explain the situation and agreed to take us to the truck while we waited for William. When we told him the truck we were there to see, he told us it had already been sold. He then doubled check on the computer, confirming to was sold 2 days earlier. So, I doubled check the night before we drove over and William said all is fine even though the truck had been sold! They did offer to show us a new Dodge truck...do not trust this salesman More
Terrible customer service and apparently they don't negotiate on any numbers. Whatever price sheet they provide is what you have to pay or they don't want your business. They played a bait and switch game. We had a deal on a price twice and on our way to the dealership an hour away, they changed the price. I have bought two cars through Greenway and have taken both there to be serviced for any and all services they have needed. Up to a few months ago, I was very happy with the dealership and would have give both there to be serviced for any and all services they have needed. Up to a few months ago, I was very happy with the dealership and would have given and did give them rave reviews A while back, though I purchased a rewards card through the service department. I paid 24.95 for the card and at each service received 5 percent back into an account that could then be used for future services. There was no time limit (not an annual membership or similar). On my last visit however, I was informed that the card (which I had purchased) along with all cards in the program were canceled. They said the program had "run its course" When asked about the earned money I had in the account they said that was gone as well. They did however say that a program like this may be offered in the future and if it was, I would be welcome to purchase another card. I would be very careful of a dealership that will sell you something and then take it back (and have the gall to offer to resell it to you in the future). By their duplicitous policies, they have turned a promoter of their dealership into a detractor. More

While Joe was doing the "running",bringing up the different autos, Johalvy was always available. He is also very understanding that in business time is money and I did not have hours to be at the dealership to make a deal. So most negotiations were done over the phone and I came in and signed the papers and was gone. i really appreciatte the great deal and am considering buying another vehicle since I got such great service. Went online to do a quote on a 2012 Journey. Online price was 22,000 and change. When asked for a quote Mr Ricky Lopez sent me a quote starting at 25,000 and change. I don't like games..
