She has been professional, honest and straightforward in my dealings with her. She is the reason that I continue to use Greenway for my Jeep Liberty servicing. My past experiences with Greenways service department were filled with frustration at the wait times (12 hours one time to resolve a low tire pressure light showing on the dash. This was on the day before Thanksgiving a few years back, with family in town waiting at the house.........the issue turned out to be the spare tire on the back of the Jeep was under inflated. Unbelievable), the indifference displayed by the service advisors, the lack of responsibility assumed by the service department in problems associated with the vehicle while under warranty and the costs associated with having the vehicle fixed or serviced. I quit bringing my vehicle to the dealer for a number of years. I had to bring it back this past year due to failing window brackets which is when I started working with Penni as my service advisor. As stated above, these experiences have been a 180 degree change from the past. Thank you Penni for being such a prime example of what customer service is supposed to be like. Thank you for your attention to detail, professionalism, communication skills, willingness to listen and resolve issues in a timely manner. We will keep coming back to Greenway as long as Penni is our advisor. More

We worked with Wael initially and he was very forthright but wasn't the closer on the deal. The person who we dealt the most with was Ron Griffin. And he was very friendly but the typical sales rep. The ones that make people not want to deal with sales people. Numbers were not the same as agreed upon when paperwork was signed (and since it was so late no one was there really to answer questions about it) and things offered were not always honestly portrayed. We discussed this with him when we returned the second day and told him how we felt as our deal was not a smooth one. I do thank the manager/sales rep for letting us get out of a lease and change to purchase, but it was due to all the misinformation and wrong numbers that caused us to come back. We did end up buying and like the car and are happy with the deal we got but not the process we had to go through to get it. I think people should deal with others as they would like to be dealt with themselves and be honest and upfront with your best offer and not play all the silly games till you tire the other person out mentally and physically. It is nothing more than a cat and mouse game and I don't like buying experiences to be that. I hope as Wael learns the ropes of sales that he doesn't fall into the mindset that it is all about saying whatever you have to say to make the customer feel like they are getting a good deal even if they aren't. More
The past two weeks I've been so stressed with the passing of a friend, barely working and the stress of moving, and all the things that can go wrong with moving went wrong in my case. So when my front passenger window just fell into the door and wouldn't go up on a rainy day, I felt in disbelieve that things can possibly go so wrong. I brought my Chrysler the next morning to the service center and met Stephen Paul. He was so patient with me while I was trying to figure out with my boyfriend on the phone whether it would be cheaper to go to an auto body shop we were familiar with for being cheaper instead of a dealership since the news that it would cost anywhere from $350-$400 was something my boyfriend and I could not afford. I only had an extended warranty on my power train and couldn't find that it would be covered by it. I decided to let the services center fix my window and try to figure out if to put it on a credit card or ask for a loan from our parents, which is something that we have never done. On top of all this I had to be at work by 12:15 but my job said I can come in at 1:15. By the time I decided to fix it at the dealership it was around 11:00, and Stephen said he will try his best to get it done by 12:30, but knowing how busy they were I was not holding my breathe.What I didn't know was that the whole time I was waiting for the window to get fixed, Stephen was trying to figure out a way for my extended warranty to cover my repair. Stephen came back with great news that he got my warranty to cover my repair, so of course I started to cry. He made such a difference that day for me, I was smiling again. I gave him a hug! And I was out of the dealership with all my windows up by 12:10. I will be coming back to see Stephen Paul. By far the best experience anyone can have at a dealership. More

My husband, son and I were the first customers in the door that Sunday morning. Although my husband had spoke to an associate regarding possibly purchasing a new car, he failed to meet us at the appointe door that Sunday morning. Although my husband had spoke to an associate regarding possibly purchasing a new car, he failed to meet us at the appointed time of 10:30 a.m. After having several associates walk by without so much as a "by your leave" or acknowledgment of us being there, I personally was frustrated and ready to leave when William Leigh walked in an asked if we "had been helped?" After introducing himself, he retrieved the keys to the outside lot and began to inquire about our preference in cars, colors and prices. Although, it was extremely hot, William walked the entire lot with us, showing us different cars and explaining features and benefits to that particular vehicle. We test drove a 2007 Honda Fit and a 2012 Chrysler 200, deciding on the Fit because of its size. After going through the financing portion of the purchase, we decided not to buy the fit and walked away from the deal. As we were leaving, William came out and told us of his manager's recommendation of a 2011 Dodge Caliber Fire, Mango Tango Pearl. The price was right, the car was new and we were sold. As we went through the financing process, again, William continually checked on us to make sure that we were doing okay. The day ended later (5:00) but we went home with a car that we love, thanks to his help. We, also forgot to remove our gate pass from the Pontiac that we traded-in, so William grabbed it and held onto it until we could pick it up the next day. Great job, great employee. More
I took my car in for a bad wheel bearing. They also found that I had a bad thrust engine mount. Stephen Paul, the service rep took care of dealing with the warranty information.
