My visit to the Greenway Dodge Chrystler Jeep Dealership was far better than I expected, based on my previous visits to other car dealerships. My interaction with the employee, Nidal Hatoum, is what made t was far better than I expected, based on my previous visits to other car dealerships. My interaction with the employee, Nidal Hatoum, is what made this such a great experience. He was more than willing to go above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the best deal I was getting. In fact, he spent the greater part of his work day patiently working with me to ensure I was satisfied. This was a far different experience from my previous experiences at other dealerships because the employees were impatient, aggressive, and they weren't listening to what I wanted out of my possible purchase. In short, Nidal's efforts are a fine reflection of the quality dealership he works for. More
