Greenway Dodge Chrysler Jeep

This was my second routine service on the Ram and the first time (not with Penni) when I brought it in I informed them of a problem with the puddle light in the mirror and they returned it telling me tha first time (not with Penni) when I brought it in I informed them of a problem with the puddle light in the mirror and they returned it telling me that the problem was resolved but later that same day I still had the same issue so I was not completely satisfied with the first service. This second service (w/Penni) I raised the same concern and in a couple of hours Penni called me outlining that the problem had been confirmed and that the part was ordered and they should have it in a few days. A few days later Penni called that the part was in and scheduled an appointment to complete the job. The job was completed promptly while I waited in a comfortable lounge with free snacks. Upon notification that the truck was ready and waiting outside I proceeded out to check the job. While inspecting I noticed a small mark or ding under the work area, catching Penni's attention I showed it to her and she responded that if I had a few more minutes she would have that corrected immediately and within 20-30 mins I had my truck back in perfect condition. This is the type of solid communication, no hassle, customer service that brings people back to the dealership. More

David was very friendly yet not pushy while i looked around and made my final decision on the Dodge Journey which pretty much was my first choice, but i wanted to look around either way in case i saw something else i liked more.
