Great customer service all the way down to the porter! I called in with an issue and talked to Steve "Stephen" who advised me to go ahead and bring the vehicle in, he would be waiting! I had a wonderful experience recently buying my fabulous new Jeep Wrangler! Thanks to my sales rep John Ullman I was able to get the vehicle of my dreams. WORST car shopping experience EVER! I was there receiving a van for my parents. Sales contracts signed, credit card forms filled out, even bought insurance! After waiting over 3 hours "FLAVIO" th receiving a van for my parents. Sales contracts signed, credit card forms filled out, even bought insurance! After waiting over 3 hours "FLAVIO" the used car manager informs us that while we were sitting there, someone else arrived, test drove the same van, and that he was selling it to them because they were paying by check. The other buyer did not offer more, nor had they started paperwork. Even though the card had been authorized, he cancelled the sale. Our salesperson, Rob, was very kind and did everything in his power to try to complete the sale for us. He was as upset as I was that the vehicle had been sold out of under me while I was sitting there. I give kudos to Rob, but because of the actions of Flavio, I will not be using this dealership or any of their partners ever again. IF YOU GO THERE TO BUY A CAR, BRING CASH OR THEY WILL SELL IT OUT FROM UNDER YOU!!! Do Not Trust This Crooked Dealership! More

I was shopping for a particular car ( Charger SRT) and there were very few available in Florida. My local dealer, Dayton Andrews in Clearwater, were not pleasant to work with and offered a disgraceful amo there were very few available in Florida. My local dealer, Dayton Andrews in Clearwater, were not pleasant to work with and offered a disgraceful amount for my trade. I contacted Greenway after reviewing their inventory online. We negotiated this entire deal long distance... e-mail and phone... and these guys could not have been more reasonable, courteous, and in the end fair with the entire deal. I drove out to pick up my new ride just a few days later and was treated great and went home happy. In fact, it was a lot of fun. I will be going back and recommend to anyone. Good people right there. More
I just needed a new key for my car. I called to get the price and how long it would take last week. I was quoted a price over the phone for both the key and the "programming fee", and was also told that it price and how long it would take last week. I made an apppointment and when I got to the dealership they said it would take about an hour. Well I waited an hour and 45 min before they came back and told me another price, double what they told me over the phone, and that I would have to wait another 30 min before it was done. At this point I have wasted almost 2 hours of my time and I still have no key for my car, so basically I have to pay their price to have them do it. Well another 45 min goes by and finally they are finished with my car. I then leave and go somewhere else to get an oil change, where they tell me that my license plate light is out. I look at my paperwork from Greenway where they supposedly do a full vehicle check...and sure enough it was have written on there that the light was out, but they never mentioned it to me. They actually didnt mention anything that was on the check list...and as it turns out, the light was just loose and not out at all. This place has extremely poor customer service, so dont be fooled by their "complementary" snack bar. I'd rather pay the $2.00 for a soda and have decent customer service. While I was sitting in the "lounge" area, I was talking with a few other customers that were having similar issues to mine so clearly I'm not the only one. More
I wasn't really ready to purchase when I went into greenway. Victor convinced me to sit down with him and talk about some terms and the experience turned out wonderful. After having to purchase 4 rear tires due to nails, screws and other debris for my wifes car (Nissan 350Z Nismo), I decided it was time to get a vehicle that the tires did not cost $500 per. After seeing numerous commercials about special financing and rebates for Jeeps, we decided to look. Greenway was the first and only dealership we went to. We were happy with the selection, the approach of Victor and his willingness to help us. After dickering over the trade value and price of the new vehicle (which always happens) an arrangement was made and the deal was sealed. We are now the proud owners of a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. Thanks to Victor and Eric for making this purchase pleasant and one of ease. I will recommend Greenway and Victor to friends and feel good about doing it!!! More
