Ive been told in the past that there is a break in period for the car and the oil should be changed at around 500 miles. I came in the service department and dealt with Mrs. Penni Delgado. She explained to me that the vehicle doesn't really need an oil change until it reaches 5000 miles. I insisted on changing the oil even if I didn't really have to. I guess it just became a common practice for me when buying a new car. What impresses me the most was the honesty of Mrs. Delgado. I feel that she is an honest, motivated, friendly individual. She is an asset to the company. Not only was the service superb, she does it with pride and a big smile. Thank You Mrs. Delgado for being an outstanding employee at Greenway Dodge. More

I had bought a vehicle for myself here several years ago, so when my sister needed a vehicle I recommended to her that we goto Greenway Dodge. She was in need of a used vehicle, we told Ben and Chris exactly what she was looking for and her budget and they only showed us vehicles that met her criteria. They were very patient with us and generally concerned that she was comfortable. After she finally narrowed it down to 2 vehicles they DID NOT use any high pressure sales tactics to get her to purchase the higher priced one. I will definitely go back to them to get my next vehicle. More

He made the transaction easy and I was happy with the outcome. When I got home, I realized that there were parts missing on the car (SRT8 rug in the trunk,metal sport pedals). I brought this to Mr. Johnson's attention and he immediately got on the ball. That's what I call customer service. Not only was Mr. Johnson an excellent sales rep., but Dodge/Chrysler is really stepping up their products in terms of quality. I can see myself coming back come time to buy my wife her next car. Greenway has been nothing but a HASSLE!!!! Called me ten days after I bought the car to tell me financing was messed up and that I would have to pay more. First of all, all of the good reviews for this dealership are written by the employees of the dealership. This place was a joke. I found a car I liked and it took 2 hours to get them to come down 200 doll are written by the employees of the dealership. This place was a joke. I found a car I liked and it took 2 hours to get them to come down 200 dollars on the price. Once we signed the contract we were as good to them as a bum off the street. They forgot to mention that the car only came with one key. When we questioned why we were only given one key, they simply shrugged us off saying "you already signed the contract, theres nothing we can do". There was a big chip in the windshield when I bought it, we made a stipulation that when I purchased the car, I would bring it back and have the windshield replaced. On the form for the service center they put "Fix windshield"... so they filled it with some goop and never replaced it. When we questioned this at the service center, they sent us to the sales center.. where a "manager" (Flavio) told us he'd have his manager call us the next day.. we never got a call. We've just given up, honestly. All I can say is that I've learned my lesson. If you do end up buying from this dealer, make sure you have everything stipulated PROPERLY.. "fix"ing something is different than "replace"ing it.. make sure you have 2 keys.. if it sounds like a stupid question, its probably a smart one because thats how they rip you off. And yes, I'm still driving around with a big chip in the windshield of my car. More
This was the greatist car buying experience EVER...I found this truck on the internet, called John Ullman and he described the truck in the most detail possible. I new before even getting there, which was a 3 1/2 hour drive for me, that this truck was going home with me. I actually made a downpayment over the phone which how crazy is that, and felt completely comfortable doing because John made me feel and definatly is a very trust worthy man. I rented a rental car and headed north knowing confidently I was gonna love my new truck. I was getting to the dealership late at night and had to return the rental after the purchase. So on the way to the dealership I texted John Ullman and asked him if he could get me directions to the nearest Hertz rental. He replied we have one on the lot. I abount dropped the phone. It was perfect. I got to the dealership and as soon as I pulled up I was amazed at how beautiful the place was. I was greeted at the door as soon as I got there and my truck was waiting for my veiwing. It was everything John Ullman said it was. The deal was made and I went inside to close the deal, which again was so smooth I cant express how wonderful this team of people are. I LOVED this experience and John Ullman made it happen for me.
