My husband just got back Bahrain from 18 months of service. We needed a new vehicle for our two small children. We found a minivan and were very happy with it. We bought it on 12/10/11. Greenway fa service. We needed a new vehicle for our two small children. We found a minivan and were very happy with it. We bought it on 12/10/11. Greenway failed to pay the complete state tax and stuck us with it. The finance depart notarized an affidavit claiming on the document that we produced our DL and signed it in front of them, however, the document was never signed by anyone except their finance department. They wanted us to sign it after the fact and return it was mailed to us in the State of Georgia. It was blank and they wanted our signature to change the terms of the contract, which we did NOT sign or send back. They did not pay the sales tax for Florida or for Georgia but never disclosed it to us at any point. Had they disclosed that they would not cover the complete Sales tax for a new vehicle purchased from their dealership, we would never have bought the car. They were very deceptive in the sales and paperwork. Stay AWAY from this dealership, find another Dodge dealer. Check BBB on how many complaints in 3 years for this practice....RUN dont walk from them. More

I have been dealing with Tom since I have owned my Dodge Ram 1500 truck in July 2010. Have brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance, oil changes etc. Just had to have my vehicle in for a warranty iss Ram 1500 truck in July 2010. He got me into a rental vehicle as it would take a few days to diagnose, order the correct part and repair. He has always been great with communications and is very knowledgeable about his work.
