I was given Craig Kennedy's contact information from a trusted friend. I called him and made an appointment to come into Greenway. In my opinion Sam Haddad should be removed from your team. I came to dealership with all the expectations of buying a used jeep. Within the time of our dealing he did not respond to my phone calls, nev team. I came to dealership with all the expectations of buying a used jeep. He will probable blame me and say I was just another tire kicker. This is a lie. I am a person with good credit and the money to buy anything you have on your lot. My son and I thought we had an agressive sales person in Sam, wow where we wrong. Simply terribly experience. I will never visit your store again.
