My experience at Fiat was very good. The service department knew what they were doing and helped with everything that I had to ask. I was in no rush to puchase a second vehicle that wasnt going to be a daily driver. I contacted greenway about a jeep in september but never went to the dealership. I received several calls from joe pac and was impressed that he didnt push me too hard> Finally in november I saw a jeep on line that i was interested in. I visited the dealership and joe and found the vehicle undesirable to me. They did however, have a jeep both my wife and i liked but I thought the price was too high' . I corresponded by text only with Joe to avoid the salesman pitch. He was always to the point and i appreciated that. At that time we could not agree on a deal. Finally,Joe worked on my case and we came to a mutually agreeable deal. Im sure im a difficult costumer and at times frustrated joe but he did not let that compromise his proffessionalism. I missed appointments but Joe was understanding. I bought my last 4 vehicles at a dealership in st cloud but never have they treatd me as well as Joe. There was an issue with the locking wheel lugs and it was sunday. The service dept was closed. Joe actually took out his tools,got his hands and dress shirt dirty and worked on the issue. Joe Pac rocks. If you are looking for great salesperson go to greenway and deal with joe. My daughter is looking for a low end car and my first stop is to see Joe. Joe isnt a salesman to me, hes my newest friend. More
An exceptionally bad experience with this dealer, from the outset they just lied and continued to lie and deceive. We wanted to purchase a Dodge Ram Diesel truck from them, we sent specific questions abo the outset they just lied and continued to lie and deceive. We wanted to purchase a Dodge Ram Diesel truck from them, we sent specific questions about a particular truck, they replied with obviously whatever they thought they should say that would secure them the sale. This review may be long and detailed, however I strongly suggest you read it all. Everything I say here is 100% true and Greenway are welcome to sue if anything is not 100% correct, so they will not. We are based in the UK and felt we should be able to trust a Dodge main dealer, just how wrong we were!! It was lie upon lie, the condition of the truck was just so wrong compared to their description. To give an example, we asked for pictures, in one we noticed that the rear bumper appeared to be bent, so we asked if this was the case, we also pointed out that if it was it was not a problem, we would just order a new bumper, they then lied and said it was perfect. The truck was shipped to us in the UK and when it arrived, yes it was bent and the body was pushed in where it had been bent, so they lied deliberately! We asked them to fit some extras on the truck that we paid for, they charged us and told us they were using GENUINE Dodge parts, they did not, they sent it out to someone else to do the work and charged us for genuine Dodge parts. We paid them in advance by wire transfer for the truck and they forgot (either deliberately or just incompetent) to pay off the bank, so we had to wait over a month whilst they got round to paying the bank off to get the clear title, no clear title and we would not be able to ship it to the UK. There is a list of emails sent to Greenway Dodge, I am more than happy to send copies to anyone who asks so you will see exactly who you are dealing with. Yes we all make mistakes, but the list of direct questions with lies as answers is not a mistake, it was a direct batch of lie after lie. I contacted the company via Mathew Bishop (a senior person) and the Internet Sales Manager Ralph Lafevor (he was the one who lies on behalf of Greenway Dodge) and they have no interest in dealing with my questions after they have your money. I also sent an email to the most senior person I could find at Greenway Dodge together with telephoning them, they refuse to answer anything and refuse to put me through to speak with the senior person at the dealership. To make it clear, the questions sent by email to them were clear and concise, there answers were also clear and concise, trouble was they were all lies. They charged us for a full service on the truck before shipping which they stated was company policy to ensure everything was right before it left the dealership, the charge was $599.00, what they actuaklly did was nothing. The oils were old and VERY black (we had them analysed) the oil filter was old and a NAPA filter (why would a Dodge dealer fit a aftermarket filter? they would not of course) one of the batteries was totally dead, not low but dead, all the tires were illegal (less than 1.5mm) broken suspension component part together with a host of other faults. We can all make mistakes, this was not a mistake by Greenway Dodge, it was just lies and deceit and also fraud to charge for work not done and write emails knowing them to be untrue. The mistake was all mine for thinking I could trust a Dodge dealer such as Greenway Dodge, do not make the same mistake as me, if you will go this far to con one customer, it must be their general method of sale, learn from my bad experience and look somewhere else. Don't forget this is all provable not just a upset customer with a gripe. They will NOT deal with a complaint, they will just ignore you, ask yourself....DO YOU WANT TO BE THE NEXT VICTIM OF A LYING DEALER SUCH AS GREENWAY DODGE? More
It's hard to find good service nowadays, but at Greenway Fiat I had some very pleasant experiences with Aaron in the service department! I had the pleasure of working with Ron when I bought my Jeep 2 years ago. He worked hard to get me the deal I wanted and his follow through after the purchase was triple A+. Ron's dedication to his customers was shown to me when unfortunately my Jeep Liberty had a unfixable defect and had to be replaced. Chrysler stepped up to the plate and agreed to replace the Jeep with another product, unfortunately communication between me and the person I was assigned to broke down several times. Ron saw the problem and stepped in to help. And even though he could not take over the deal, Ron stayed by my side and got me answers to my questions, helped me locate my new vehicle and even got me the parts to the new car that I was promised. That to me is one very loyal and dedicated person. I highly recommend Ron Griffin as a salesman, someone you can trust but even more importantly as a friend. He has one very loyal customer in me. More
