I recently purchased a used vehicle from the dealership. The experience during my visit was positive and the people I came into contact with were professional and friendly. After a test drive and some negotiating, I agreed to purchase a vehicle "as-is". John and another associate who's name I can't recall made multiple verbal confirmations that the vehicle was in excellent shape and ran great which was the experience I had during the test drive and on the way home. However, within a couple of days, I noticed the car was not in such great condition and went to a repair shop to figure out what was going on. After spending a few hundred dollars on what was thought to be the problem, I realized that there was still something wrong with the vehicle. I decided to take it to a certified dealer to find out that the car had over $4000 worth of things that needed to be repaired in the vehicle which is almost half the price I paid for the entire car. I contacted Greenway and explained the situation but all that they had to say was that I purchased the car "as-is" which I agree with but the car I have now is not in the same condition as the day that I purchased it. The associates made verbal guarantees that the vehicle had no major issues but obviously this is not the case. The situation is currently open and I am not sure how it will turn out but that is how my experience with Greenway has played out so far. More
