The best part of working with Greenway Dodge is working via phone/email to get everything set up front (before arriving at the dealership) so that when we arrive, we can just test drive, sign and drive. We were only at the dealership for 2 hours, quick, brief, and pleasant. Ron Griffin is an excellent sales person. He is professional and has a friendly personality. He is honest and knowledgable about all used cars, not just the Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep models. He provided all the information that we could ever need to make a decision. He always kept us within our stated budget and never wavered from it, and that is important. We are very impressed with Ron and Greenway Dodge and would highly recommend both along with the Chrylser 300, nice ride! More
We received a letter in the mail telling us that Greenway Chrysler had a buyer for our 2009 van and they wanted to offer us a very good deal to trade it in on a new one. Our first greet from our old salesma Chrysler had a buyer for our 2009 van and they wanted to offer us a very good deal to trade it in on a new one. Our first greet from our old salesman was "Oh you received the BS letter". He spoke the entire words, not just the letters. We drove away at 11 pm thinking we had a great van that would lower our payments. The following day I noticed that the new van had KUMHO tires instead of the Michelin's we were told that Chrysler put on the new Town and Country's. We felt violated and lied to. I called to talk to our salesman and he was not in. I spoke to the sales manager: Matthew Bishop and explained our concerns and our unhappiness with our salesman: Steve Gomes. He asked me to come back in so that he could make it right for us. He ended up offering us a much nicer van for a fair price with Michelin's and even some extras that weren't on the other van. On the following days ahead, we were promised that our trailer hitch could be transferred over to this new van, however, Josh Johnson called to say that it was not the same undercarriage as the 2009, so it could not be done. We were not happy about this because we told by our original salesman that it could be done. They were willing to cut us a check for $110.00 for the labor to have another hitch put on our new van. This was unacceptable with us. We were looking for a lower payment, Michelin Tires, and our Trailer Hitch to be transferred over to our new van. We went back and forth and Matthew Bishop ended up cutting us a check for the price that it was going to cost us to get a new hitch installed. He told me that he actually felt that I was taking advantage of them for asking for the entire cost of the hitch to be paid by them. We are enjoying the van, but it doesn't make you want to go back in or tell others about the place because of the hassel you have to go through to get what you were promised. More

I'm a retired person with fixed limited income. I visit Orlando each year to see my son and help out with the chores there. Each visit I take his Chrysler in for service around town. This time I choose Greenway based on internet reviews and my phone enquiry to service advisor Aaron Horowitz. I was impressed with his responses to my initial questions about a service package for the milage-based check-up, and my specific questions as to how to keep the costs down. I set up an appointment, met Aaron, and was assured of a fair price for work performed. He lived up to our expectations, and the car is running perfectly. I look forward to seeing him again in a year or so for another service when I visit again. The waiting room is another plus at Greenway, with a nice, very organized lady providing free coffee, cokes and snacks. More
