My car would not start so I had it towed to Greenway Jeep and when the car arrived and was looked at by their mechanic I was told it started up just fine and they could not find anything wrong with it. I picked up the jeep and a week later had it towed back to them and the advior I worked with told me that he was going to spend some of my money and have the car diagnosed. Which only proves that the car was not properly diagnosed the previous week. Well, after spending some of my $ and running the diagonsted I was told that the wiring to my started needed to be replaced. I agreed to have the service done, paid almost $300.00 and picked up my car. Here we go again, three weeks later and the car would not start again. I had it towed and once again they said it started and that i could come pick it up. I decided to go over the advisor's head and speak directly to the service manager Jimmy. After leaving a couple of messages I was able to speak with him directly and explained my situation. He pulled up my file and said that apparently I had a bad battery. Well, that was news to me because that 's not what I was told by the advisor. I expalined to him how this situation really made me doubt that the $300 wiring job they had done was indeed warrated at all. It was probably the battery all along. Jimmy said he would get back to me after lunch and a couple of hours went by and I had to call him again to find out what was going on. He said that it's the battery and that I could purchase one throught the dealership. I'd be damned before I gave them another cent. He said that they would not refund my money because the wiring they replaced was corroted and needed to be replaced. I was not about to argue so I asked for the corporate number and I will be filing a complaint as soon as I'm done writing this one. I should have stuck with Firstone in Longwood because they are reputable and have never failed me. Some much for giving the so called experts (dealership)your business. Only needed a quick oil change and have worked with Penni before and as usual she was knowledgeable, friendly and attenttive. I contacted this dealer to buy a new truck. I explained to the sales person and stated to him that my payment must be under 510 he stated ok he will look into it. I filled out a credit application and he s to the sales person and stated to him that my payment must be under 510 he stated ok he will look into it. I filled out a credit application and he stated I was approved and that the managers stated that they could get my payment under 510. I contacted Melvin Kelly to make sure the deal was still good for the ram for 29000 with 800 down with payments under 510 he yes and to come down. Arrived at Greenway dodge and was met by a slaes person I never met. I was showed the truck and stated that was the one. The dealer made me wait around for an 1 hr with my wife and 2 small kids after they told me all I had to do was sign and leave. They finally got back with showed me #'s of now the truck was 35000 instead of 29000 and I had to put down 3000 with a payment over 600 a month. More

Joe Pac was the best salesman I have ever worked with. He made the car buying process so easy and fun. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
