I was visiting some friends in Orlando last weekend when my 2000 Dodge Stratus started making a weird noise. My friends suggested that I go to Greenway because they've had good experiences with them in the past. So I took it in and Aaron Horowitz was the first person I talked to, and the only one I needed to talk to. He provided great service and even gave me his personal cell phone in case I had any questions and couldn't reach him directly from the dealership. Needless to say I didn't have to use his number because he would call me and update me when there was news on my car. I'm from south Florida, so I'm used to having to call the dealer/shop over and over to get any information on my car. This is by far the best experience I've had with a dealer when I needed my car repaired and it's owed completely to the service I received from Aaron. More
I have returned here several times for scheduled maintenance and warranty work so there have been now real challenges. Cost has not been an issue because of what has been done. My only concern has maintenance and warranty work so there have been now real challenges. Cost has not been an issue because of what has been done. My only concern has been time involved. I had an 8 a.m. appointment for a warranty recall that said should take 45 min. and I also scheduled "express lane" service. It took 3 hrs to complete the jobs. Fortunately I know to take reading material, etc. As a retired teacher who does not believe in grade inflation, my 5 ratings are reserved only for the exceptional. More

Paul was fantastic! He was very patient. Unless he had something to say, he didn't talk much...which is fine with us. All too often you get stuck with a car dealer who is scummy & won't shut up & you can something to say, he didn't talk much...which is fine with us. All too often you get stuck with a car dealer who is scummy & won't shut up & you can't wait to get away. Not Paul...we actually enjoyed our car purchasing experience! He truly put the work in for us & we are extremely glad we drove all the way to Greenway for our purchase. More

We have brought our car multiple times for service and have dealt with Tom Montano in the service center. He is also friendly, honest and straight forward. When he tells you he will call- he does- when have dealt with Tom Montano in the service center. He is also friendly, honest and straight forward. When he tells you he will call- he does- when he tells you the car will be ready- it is. He is dependable and reliable. The service staff in all is pretty friendly and willing to help you out. I would recommend the service center and ask for Tom- you won't regret it. More
I recently purcased a Dodge Dakota from the dealership and was told it would get 14-19 miles to the gallon, if I get 10 i'm lucky. I also was told that if I had any trouble with the truck by Craig that co and was told it would get 14-19 miles to the gallon, if I get 10 i'm lucky. I also was told that if I had any trouble with the truck by Craig that come to him and he'd take care of it. The first week I had the truck the check engine light came on. They just told me to undo the battery cable and reset it. Well it worked, and I have to reset the Check engine light almost weekly. I was told it would be expensive to have it fixed. I decided to trade the vehicle in yopu would think they would try to work with me, I was even trading down and they wanted me to come up with another TWO THOUSAND dollars on a vehicle that was priced Two thousand less than mine. I've purchased over 15 cars and trucks in my life and this is got to be the worst dealership I've ever encountered. More
We are sooo very glad we had Jim Frana as our salesman. He really listened to what we were looking for in an SUV and he, with lots of hard work on his part, found us the vehicle of our dreams. We know that He really listened to what we were looking for in an SUV and he, with lots of hard work on his part, found us the vehicle of our dreams. We know that he is new to the business but feel that he did an outstanding job and really put his all into finding us the right vehicle. He also spent a lot of time showing us all the special features of our new car and that was very much appreciated. Jim is fantastic in our book. More
Dear Sirs, I have been receiving service coupons from Dear Sirs, I have been receiving service coupons from Greenway for a number of years. Because of the distance from my house, it is just not convenien Dear Sirs, I have been receiving service coupons from Greenway for a number of years. Because of the distance from my house, it is just not convenient for me to travel to Greenway to have service performed. I usually do my own servicing. However, this week I happened to be in the vicinity due to business and decided to take advantage of a recent oil change, tire rotation, and inspection coupon. So I dropped in into the express lane. The Advisor was very nice, very professional. I explained that I needed an oil change and that I had a coupon for all three services. He seemed pleased that I had a coupon and proceeded to check the vehicle in. All was well. I went into the customer lounge looked around at all the amenities. Before I knew it, my jeep was moved, apparently into the service bay. It wasn't very long. The person I assume was the service tech announced for me and said my car was ready and that "everything looks great". I paid my bill and was on my way. Only when I got home did I read the "Know your vehicle report" did I find issues. 'Air cleaner element' - Found dirty. I replaced this 5000mi ago, and today it (IMHO) still looks 'virginal' white. Did he really look at it? 'Tires' - all were either 5/32 or 7/32. "All tires abnormally worn" - This jeep has just under 20,000mi, and been relatively babied in it's operation. All tires apparently are wearing equally. This sounds like a design problem. Here is where I am really upset... Inspection recommendations 'Replace air filter' "Declined" I was never approached about this. 'Perform four wheel alignment' "Declined" Again, I was NEVER approached about this. 'Rotate tires' "Declined" Excuse me? The coupon included rotation. This was on the major reason I came in here in the first place. Never approached, so how could have I declined this? How can the service tech say "everything looks good", yet remark all of this in the review? ADDED 13:11 - Just checked the oil level for giggles and found it was almost one full quart over full. Now I shouldn't even drive my car until I can drain this overage, lest I damage my catalytic and/or other components. Added 8/9/2011: It has almost been a month. No reply what so ever by this dealer. Not a day goes by that I don't think back and wonder whose Wheaties did I piss in to rate this level of service and/or (lack of)response? I don't recall screaming or yelling at anyone before, during, or after the servicing. It was late in the afternoon. Perhaps the kid was in a hurry to get out of there. But that is just congecture. I may be only one person out of all these positive reviews, but I cannot be the only one with a sour servicing experience by this place. At least in my my own mind there has been a positive outcome to all of this. I will never purchase a vehicle, new or otherwise from the Greenway family of dealers, and I will tell of my experience to all who would bear to listen. Petty perhaps, but everyone has a button somewhere. More
