I had my truck serviced for it's 60K mile maintenance requirements. I worked with Andy, and he made sure that I did not pay for anything that I did not need. He personally made sure that I was taken care of and made me aware of the progress throughout the day. The price for the repairs were fair, and I did not pay for any unnecessary repairs. My truck took longer than they had anticipated, so they also gave me a free rental car until my truck was ready. Could not have been happier with my repairs and with Andy's professional performance. My experience with the dealership was good. The only problem I had was with the service department. I noticed a nail in my tire 2 days after purchase. They told me I didn't have an extended warranty on problem I had was with the service department. I noticed a nail in my tire 2 days after purchase. They told me I didn't have an extended warranty on the car. I said I even covered the tires. Had to go back to the sales department. Shawm/Sales Mgr took care of the tire for me.
