Ben Carson and Paul were very helpful and friendly. My husband and I were at the dealership from about 11am to 9pm. It only took this long because we were in the process of buying two cars at the same time. Plus, it took me a while to pick out the right one that I liked. Ben and Paul were very patient with me and offered a lot of options to think about. In the end my husband bought a new 2010 Challenger. However I was thinking of trading in my Aspen for a Jeep Limited Liberty, but I've had my Aspen for 20k miles and I didn't realize how emotionally attached I was to it until they wanted me to sign it to them, so they could buy it from me. Well, I broke down crying and said I just couldn't part with it. Ben was so understanding of how I felt and he told me I didn't have to sign anything. A few minutes later he came back with permission to loan me the new Liberty for a few days to see how I would feel in it. Sometimes I have anxiety attacks while driving, especially on highways and the Aspen makes me feel more comfortable and safe if I ever have one while driving it. I guess I was a little anxious about getting into a new unknown vehicle. At this point I still have the Liberty and plan on testing it out for a few days. It's actually very nice and has similar luxury features as the Aspen, but it's a bit smaller. The reason I wanted to get a smaller vehicle was to save gas, especially with the gradual rise of prices over the last year. Anyway, my husband LOVES his Challenger Limited Ed. Mopar '10. And they gave us a super deal. It helped that we bought it at the end of the month and the end of 2010. The year-end rebates are quite excellent! More
My husband dealt with Joe and he came to the house to have me sign papers. He was very pleasant to work with and I had a few issues with the car my husband had bought and he took care of them. He always returned phone calls promptly and took care of matters. I would recommend Joe to anyone, a pleasure to deal with. However, I do not have much to say about the Accounting Department. They deposited a check 12/24/2010 that was not suppose to be deposited until 1/6/11 and they do not return phone calls to get it straighted out. I have been going through Chemo and budget is very tight with Medical Expenses. It would be nice if they returned my calls. More
Replacing your vehicle after almost 10 years is never a pleasurable task. Having dealt with Greenway Ford (across the street) for service on my old car was great and it was only natural to purchase my new pleasurable task. I found my next vehicle at the Dodge Chrysler Jeep store and was greeted by a friendly young man named Chris Kelly. Working with Mr. Kelly was extremely easy, he knew the answer to every question and was honest about what was best for me and my situation. Compassion and care are not adjectives car salesmen are typically associated with, but Chris is not your average pushy sales goon. I now have a beautiful Honda which he cleaned himself because he does not like to keep people waiting, and my paperwork was completed professionally before I even signed it. He made sure I got an a fair deal on my car by offering so much more than just a car. He took the time to personally come to my house for my husband to sign paperwork since he was not present for the sale of the car. What a truly unique experience. More

I brought my vehicle in for a safety recall. Morgan, my service advisor, was punctual, informative and friendly.
