Honestly I don’t even know what to say . At first I was excited to come in to check out the grand jeep Cherokee that I wanted to purchase . To make a long story short the car I wanted was being sold to me excited to come in to check out the grand jeep Cherokee that I wanted to purchase . To make a long story short the car I wanted was being sold to me as a demo , (no one ever told me this until I arrive at the dealership on 8/25) the car wasn’t even there because the corporate manager that was using it had left for the day . Told me to come back the next day . Next day gets here , can I come in before 5 because the corporate manager leaves at 5 pm , I’m like no , I have to work , shouldn’t you guys try to accommodate the customer ?!?? I was told at 5pm on 8/28 that the vehicle I wanted was sold . And that was that . Didn’t even offer me to see if I wanted to look at another vehicle , NOTHING ! I will never do business here unless I speak with the sales manager . More
