Made an appointment to work a same day cash deal on a used car. We were told the car was available. Salesman wouldn't stop texting all day, but curiously wouldn't respond to our texts just before the app used car. We were told the car was available. When we arrived, we were told it was already sold and the salesman had left for the day. And then they had the nerve to ask if we were interested in anything else? NEVER AGAIN will I set foot in that dealership or recommend that anyone go there. He knew we were driving 55 miles to get there for an appointment, and the least he could do was let us know it was sold. We would of considered their other vehicles at that point but definitely not now. More
