The sale person was very courteous and knowledgeable.The car buying process took a lot longer than expected.I arrived at 4 pm and did not leave until 10 pm . Best experience buying a new car. ANGIE is a godsend. I called Greenway on my way into work to see if they still had a certain car on the lot. They found it and scheduled an appointment with me the same day. Angie sat down with me to discuss exactly what the sale process entails and pulled up the car for a test drive. She truly listened to how important getting a new vehicle was to me as I was driving an '03 Ford with no A/C. She intently listened to my thoughts on down payments and monthly payments and made everything work the way I wanted it to. I have very little credit history so for her to show me which step to take and why was important to me. Angie pulled strings for me all day, she explained her vast experience in finance and the experience showed. She waited patiently each time I waited to be approved, first the credit check, then the financing approval, it was a long process but Angie was very focused working with me. I ended up not getting approved by a bank and Angie went out of her way to find in-house financing which ended up being a better agreement. Angie understood showing my income was a difficult process because my income is primarily cash, this seemed to motivate her to help me out more. I notice the staff is very professional overall but I don't think I would have drove my new car home from Greenway if it weren't for Angie. The wait for approval can be discouraging, but I knew Angie truly cared about getting me the upgrade I sought out. Seriously the best sales experience thanks to her. More
