Hiram and Matthew were great. They really helped broker a great deal for my Renegade. When it came to the financing portion, that was a horrible and unprofessional experience. Brooks spent most of the ti a great deal for my Renegade. When it came to the financing portion, that was a horrible and unprofessional experience. Brooks spent most of the time spent with me trying to sell a service package. He didn’t even inform me of when my payments were due or anything. Once I declined after the 4th attempt to sell me the service contract, he had me sign and didn’t discuss anything further. He then proceeded to let me know he would bring to me my zip file with all the information on it. He didn’t even have the decency to bring the file to me, he had Harim bring it. No thanks for your business, nothing. I have bought many cars and know how it should go from beginning to end. So everything was good up until finance. More
