We bought a 44k Certified Truck in June. Promised second key on delivery. (Every certified used vehicle comes with 2 keys).Now we have 3 months begging for the key. Sales persons Montice Davis and Tico just key on delivery. (Every certified used vehicle comes with 2 keys).Now we have 3 months begging for the key. Sales persons Montice Davis and Tico just took the first call. never answer the phone or text ever again. Tried many text and calls, but they ignored us . I went there in person today, but Montice, not happy with my visit and with my questions, just used the same play, wait for my call, , answer blaming on management. . Now I will have to pay 300 for a key somewhere else. I wish that some day a manager will help me and will contact us but it seems that managers at Greenway don,t give a Fu%^&. More
