SHADE FINANCE TACTICS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Advised me I lose rebates if doing 0% for 36 months. Advised me I lose rebates if I secure financing other the through Chrysler. At signing they had financing through another bank, 1.25% higher than my bank. When I pointed out I was told I "had to use Chrysler to get the rebates", they said "well we gave you the rebate anyway. Three weeks later I receive a letter from yet another bank advising my loan was with them and they require a ridiculous deductible for insurance. When talking to sales manager Pedro, I was told I signed for that bank three days before I ever entered the dealership. Totally shady tactics from top to bottom!! Shop elsewhere, save yourself the headaches, save yourself from the shady tactics Greenway operates by!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ZERO stars!!! More
