This was the first time I went to Greenway Dodge Chrysler Jeep and I was extremely impressed and satisfied! I went for new tires, brakes, alignment in which Andy Taylor made sure this all happened for a gre Jeep and I was extremely impressed and satisfied! My 2000 LHS was in need of repair in multiple areas and, due to budgetary restraints, I needed guidance in prioritizing the order of repairs to ensure safety. After being shuttled home, Tom called to discus due to budgetary restraints, I needed guidance in prioritizing the order of repairs to ensure safety. After being shuttled home, Tom called to discuss needed repairs, costs, estimated repair time, and any of my questions. Tom answered my questions clearly and professionally. He helped me to identify repairs to target first and those that could safely be completed a little later. When paying my bill at the register, my debit card was declined. The staff remained friendly, gladly shuttled me home,agreing to return for once my bank made adjustments. I pointed out to Tom that one of the door handles was not repaired. He reviewed my receipt, noted the part was on back order and that I had not been charged for it. Tom apologized for the oversight in communication and promised to call me the following week when the part was scheduled to arrive. He also asked if I wished to speak with the General Manager about any concerns. I was happy to receive Tom's call less than 48 hours later, informing me that the part was received early and that my car can be repaired this afternoon! I appreciate clear, courteous communication, quality service and honesty. Thanks, Greenway, for a job well done. More
Morgan was very nice. I am still waiting to hear about the radio that needs to be replaced. The only thing I feel could have been better was the car being detailed. This was all done in approximately 2 hours on a Saturday afternoon. I set in there very confortable waiting room and watched the florida state game and drank their Barnes Coffee. It seemed the car was ready in no time. The price was good on the tires and i know there were installed correctly. One tire had a bad low air sensor and it was repaired or replaced. I had a company recall for K-17 for my Dodge RAM 1500 2010 Model. On 8th Oct. I went in and ordered the parts. For 2 weeks nobody called me about the parts being in. On 20th Oct., I called in again and t 2010 Model. On 8th Oct. I went in and ordered the parts. For 2 weeks nobody called me about the parts being in. On 20th Oct., I called in again and talked with Service Rep. Morgan Dryer. She talked with me and after getting all information promised to call me back aftyer checking the status of my truck VAC parts. She did call me and informed that parts are in and scheduled me to come in for recall part replacement. I I went in a day ahead and she greeted me with positive response and got the job done. After returning home I have noticed that somehow the cup holder under the dash are a little hard to push in. I will stopby somwetime to get it checked out. I have a Ford and for the past 6 years gone there and never had a great experience after it was suggested to try Dodge Chrysler Jeep i did and it was a great experience in fact i have always brought my o never had a great experience after it was suggested to try Dodge Chrysler Jeep i did and it was a great experience in fact i have always brought my own oil with me (a box with 6 quarts Mobil 1 full synthetic) After my oil change yesterday i found a left over quart of oil on my seat to learn that my car only takes 5 quarts of oil so for the past 6 years Ford had been keeping the sixth quart at $6.50 cent a quart. So I am super happy with my experience here and would recommend to anyone to try them out it is nice to find a honest place to get your car repaired at! More
Recently I took my '04 Chrysler Pacifica to Greenway for routine service and to resolve an issue involving a constant roaring sound coming from the cabin area of the vehicle. My Service Advisor, Aaron Horo routine service and to resolve an issue involving a constant roaring sound coming from the cabin area of the vehicle. My Service Advisor, Aaron Horowitz worked closely with me and the Service Dept to try and identify and correct the problem. Initially the problem appeared to be with the altenator but later it was determined to be the AC Compressor. In summary, I elected not to have the compressor replaced at this time due to the cost involved and because I still have AC. All during the process Aaron stayed on top of the problem and was very concerned with my delimma...in fact, I commented to Aaron that I didn't see him take lunch. She was right there when I brought my vehicle in. She promised the work would be done in 45 minutes or less, and it was (less). Everything was completed to my satisfaction. As always, she was friendly and polite. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. It is always a pleasant experience going there. More
